I’ve been using Bitget for a while now and my experience has been very smooth. The platform is easy to navigate and I like how quickly I can access different markets without things feeling complicated.

What stood out to me the most is the stability of the app and how fast orders execute. I’ve tried a few exchanges before, but Bitget feels more reliable when it comes to trading during active market moments.

Overall it’s been a solid experience so far and I’m comfortable continuing to use it.

I started with Bitget mainly for the P2P because local sellers in my area had decent rates and the transfers usually landed in under 10 minutes even on weekends. Over time I moved more activity there: spot for some alts I follow, a bit of futures when I feel like leveraging small positions, and lately their TradFi section (gold & a few stock CFDs).

What keeps me coming back is mostly the consistency — the app doesn't freeze during volatile hours like some others do, withdrawals to my local bank via P2P are predictable (rarely any surprise KYC pop-up after the first ones), and the fees didn't creep up on me. Last month I did a longer gold long during that mini-rally and closed it with a nice +12% without crazy slippage. Nothing revolutionary, but it just… works without drama.

Not perfect though: customer support chat can take 30–45 min sometimes when it's busy, and I wish they had more fiat on-ramp options directly in-app for my country. Still, compared to the two other exchanges I tried before, this one became my daily driver without me really planning it.

I've been using Bitget for about 3 years now, and it's become my go-to exchange because everything just feels reliable. I'd rank it among the top 2 apps.

My most used feature is definitely P2P trading. It's fast matching, lots of payment options that actually work in my region, and whenever there's a small hiccup the customer support jumps in quickly (usually within 30 minutes). The spot and futures interfaces are clean and intuitive too, and I love the occasional vouchers that pop up; they make small trades feel even more rewarding.

Started using Bitget Q3 last year, up till I had an account but wasn't using the app. But I got into trading proper end of last year, especially TradFi trading of commodities like Gold and I am undoubtedly in love with the flexibility and ease of using the app. I made quite a good profit from the run of Gold from $4500 to about $5500 early this year just staying in Longs. Also got good rewards from the Gold trading competitions. All in All, my experience with Bitget since I started active trading has been nothing short of beautiful.

I'm using bitget since last 3 months, I choose bitget because of UI and a smooth experience. Sometimes by participating in events, I can manage to cover small loss of my trades via rewards.

Title: I paid the seller, but Bitget still released the crypto to them

I want to share my experience with Bitget’s P2P dispute system so that other users understand the potential risks.

I opened a P2P order and waited for the seller’s payment details.
There were no bank details in the order card, so the seller sent the payment information directly in the order chat.

I transferred the funds exactly to the bank account provided by the seller.

To confirm the payment, I submitted a large amount of evidence to Bitget support:
• bank transfer receipt
• bank statement showing the transaction
• multiple videos demonstrating the payment process
• screenshots where the seller provides the payment details in the order chat

The bank transfer confirmation clearly shows:
• the recipient’s name
• the account number
• the date and amount of the transfer.

However, the recipient name on the bank account does not match the seller’s verified Bitget identity. As far as I understand, P2P rules require payment methods to correspond to the user’s KYC-verified identity.

Despite this, Bitget still decided to release the crypto to the seller and close the appeal, without explaining how the use of a third-party bank account complies with their platform rules.

From my perspective, it looks like the platform sided with a seller who provided bank details under a different name and ignored its own P2P rules.

I am sharing this case so that other users are aware of the risks. Even with a payment receipt, bank statement, screenshots, and video evidence, the outcome of a dispute may not always protect the buyer.

Please be very careful when using P2P trading and always keep full documentation of your payments.

Good app but still need improvement

Every organisation has there own ups and downs sticking with them when things are good and bad is what strong community all about. In my past years experience with them I've won and I've lost but in all I still give them my vote of confidence because they're improving and there's still room for more improvements to come.

I’ve been using Bitget for a while now and honestly, it’s been smooth for me. The platform is easy to understand, even for someone who trades regularly. My deposits went through fast, and I haven’t had issues with withdrawals, which is very important to me.

my experience with Bitget has been quite good so far. I mainly like their futures trading environment — the liquidity feels strong and execution is smooth. The copy trading feature is also very helpful, especially for beginners who want to learn by following experienced traders.

Bitget is doing well by keeping fees competitive, arranging regular campaigns and trading events, and continuously listing trending tokens. These things really keep traders engaged and motivated.

If I give one honest suggestion, I would say customer support response time could be faster, and more simple risk management education would help many traders avoid big losses.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the platform and I think Bitget is improving step by step.

I’ve been using Bitget for a while now and I’m actually Loving it. The app is easy to use, trades execute fast, and I haven’t had issues with deposits or withdrawals, including p2p. I mostly trade futures, and the liquidity has been solid even when the market gets really volatile.

I recently started using the new TradFi feature on Bitget, and honestly, it has made trading more convenient for me.
What I like most is having everything in one place. I can move between metals, forex, stock futures, indices, commodities, and crypto without switching apps. For someone like me who trades across different markets, that saves time and reduces stress.
The 24/7 access to stock futures also fits better with my schedule. I don’t feel limited to traditional market hours anymore, which gives me more flexibility in managing my trades.
It’s not perfect, and like any platform, you still need proper risk management. But from my personal experience, having multiple markets in one app has made it easier for me to monitor positions and control my overall risk.

Bitget is getting worse and worse since last few months for creators, As a bitget insights creator myself with over 18k followers on Bitget insights the rewards for events that were held 5-6 months are still pending, And this is case of thousands of others creators along with me, We tried all that we could mails, customer support, even talked to operation manager still nothing is working out, this kind of behavior with top creators is pathetic, customer support doesn't literally cares, and when I asked to escalate the issue of the creators to higher authorities about the pending rewards distributions ( which are literally dirt cheap due to dumps now ) they simply denied. Although I don't have any hope writing all this but by any chance if any responsible bitget authority is seeing this, please take swift action on it. Thanks
