I’ve been using Bitget since early 2024, and over time it has become one of the exchanges I use most for spot and futures trading.

The platform is easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop, and trades usually execute smoothly even during busy market periods. I’ve also tried the copy trading feature, which helped me observe how more experienced traders manage positions.

P2P trading has worked reliably for me, with transactions completing without issues. Deposits and withdrawals have also been straightforward in my experience.

Overall, my experience using the platform for trading, transfers, and withdrawals has been positive. While every exchange has its pros and cons, Bitget has worked consistently well for me so far.

Their 24/7 stock futures and 0 fees is one experience that really caught my attention.

Couldn't believe trading stocks would be accessed this way.

I found that over $128,654 of my funds were locked, and I couldn’t withdraw a single penny. When I logged into my account, I discovered that I was unable to withdraw my money. I reached out multiple times via text and phone to customer support, but I never received any response. A few days later, I checked my account again, and everything had been wiped out, the balance was zero.
I refused to let them get away with it, so I sought legal assistance and successfully recovered my entire amount. I was strongly advised to avoid platforms like this, received a full refund after filing a lawsuit, I had no trouble reclaiming all my money back. Don’t hesitate to get the help you need if you fall victim to something like this. Stay cautious.

I’ve used multiple exchanges over the years but i have been using Bitget for about 2 years now and my experience has been very positive.

One thing I really like is how convenient everything has become especially with the platform evolving into more of a unified exchange where I can trade different things all in one place instead of jumping between multiple platforms. The P2P experience has also been smooth for me so far and transactions are usually fast.

Overall, it’s been a very convenient platform for my trading needs and I’ve had a good experience using it so far

My funds (1.17 KAG) are trapped - Platform has disabled Transfer/Withdrawal functions.

"I am a Bitget user (UID: 4662402686) and I am extremely disappointed. I have 1.17 KAG held in my 'On-chain' account. Bitget has disabled the 'Transfer to Spot' and 'Withdraw' buttons for this asset.Furthermore, the internal DEX shows a 49% slippage (liquidity trap), meaning I would lose half my money to move my own property. Support (Ticket #2958064) gave me a scripted response telling me to 'wait for market liquidity.' This is a platform-side restriction, not a market issue.I have a Ledger Nano ready and I demand that Bitget manually move my 1.17 KAG to my Spot account so I can withdraw it to my hardware wallet. Stop locking user funds and provide an exit path for my silver."

"Bitget Support just confirmed via email that they have intentionally disabled the Transfer and Withdraw functions for my KAG, leaving me with no way to move my funds to my Ledger without a 50% loss. This is unacceptable."

Support contacted me but offered no solution. Funds are still locked. Avoid this platform if you want control over your assets."

This platform cannot be considered fair or transparent toward its users. My futures short position, which had a PnL of 25,000, was forcibly closed through ADL, resulting in a final PnL of only 8,000. The position was closed at a price of 0.025 while the market price at that moment was 0.015, meaning the difference between the real market price and the platform’s forced closing price was an astonishing 50%. As a result, my profit was reduced by more than 300%!

Since my trading strategy involves hedging, I had an equally sized long position open on another exchange. Because of Bitget’s actions, I ended up losing 13,000 USDT on that position.

A long dispute with customer support led only to the conclusion that this is supposedly not grounds for compensation, and that under its own rules the platform reserves the right to close users’ profitable positions at a “bankruptcy price,” which is hidden from the user and may differ drastically from the market price.

This leads to the conclusion that Bitget is capable of closing any of your profitable positions at some hidden price that is unrelated to the market price, thereby wiping out even your entire profit. And since the “bankruptcy price” is not available to the user, it is simply impossible to assess the closing price in advance. This gives the platform full ability to manipulate that hidden price behind the scenes in order to erase any user’s profit entirely, which is exactly what happened in my case.

I strongly advise against trading on such a toxic platform, where your position’s profit means nothing and can be wiped out at any moment under the platform’s own rules.

I’ve used several exchanges over the years, but Bitget is one of the platforms I’ve used the most in the past two years. During that time, I’ve noticed many improvements and new features being introduced. It keeps evolving with new additions like futures stock trading with 24/7 access and even CFDs where you can trade things like gold, silver and similar assets. These features are now basically part of what they call the Bitget UEX.

At that point, it became one of the main reasons I continued using the platform. Cos I liked the fact that I didn’t need to switch between different apps to trade different assets.

overall my experience has been positive so far. I’d probably recommend it to people who trade crypto or even stocks and want everything in one place.

Just wanna appreciate Bitget's onchain trading features and UI, low slippages (as low as 1.5%), low cap tokens listings on various chains and real-time monitoring & risk control.

I’ve been using Bitget for about 3 years, and more actively in the last 2 years. The platform is easy to navigate, which makes trading straightforward. Since they introduced UEX last year, it’s become my go-to because I can trade multiple asset classes in one app. I’ve also used their P2P service several times and it’s always been smooth. Overall, I’d recommend it, especially for traders looking for convenience.

My crypto wallet was stolen. I have a Pi wallet, and I connected it to Bitget to add funding. I added funds on February 6, and on February 19 my Pi wallet was stolen.
The only new platform I connected to during that time was Bitget, so I strongly suspect the problem is related to Bitget. DON'T USE IT
