BitLabs is listed as the provider on an Acebet offer I completed through EarnLabs starting August 27. I wagered $250, completed the required bronze rankings, received a notification confirming a credit, and was never paid the $159 I'm owed.
When I clicked "contact support" on the offer, it showed BitLabs, but the support URL redirected to Adgate. I still don't have a clear answer on who is actually responsible for this offer, which is its own problem. What I do know is that BitLabs' name is on it.
I submitted proof of completion, received one reply asking for more documentation, provided it, and was never contacted again. Multiple follow-ups. Complete silence.
I am not the only person this has happened to. Other users reported the same experience in EarnLabs' community chat, deposit money, reach the rankings, get ignored by support. That is not a coincidence. That is a pattern. And patterns like this, real money, unfulfilled payouts, users stonewalled by support, are exactly what the FTC and BBB exist to investigate.
I will be filing complaints with both. If you've had a similar experience, I encourage you to do the same. The only way companies like this are held accountable is when users stop accepting silence as an answer and start using every reporting tool available to them.
I will update this review when I receive the $159 I am owed.
