Terrible company. Just overall bad. *expletive* them.

After completing a survey, it will either inform you're not qualified or you won't be credited.

You can't get any surveys. Always there is that message of: (The customer looking for something else)
And you have to answer the same questions again and again to open more surveys and the get the same message.
It is scum and you will waste your time

If you complete the survey also, they won't credit, if at all they credit at a later date they will give you charge back (reversal of credit) and asks you to answer survey honestly, a big joke and there is no customer support. Today i.e. on 15.10.2022 I had completed a survey of $0.8 and it shown as completed and credited but to my surprise it didn't credited and to my surprise it is also not there in the earning history. Please don't waste your time with this worst survey router.

They owe me a fortune and won't respond to customer service requests at all. They've set up an offerwall on top of the survey wall and it's only gotten worse. These people need to be reported to the FTC and FCC for the blatant scamming. If everyone does, they are forced to pay or be fined more than they can even afford. Problem solved if people would actually do something about it.

These guys are getting worse and Im going to stop using them. They are blatant scammers. Most surveys they dont pay at the end when you do them. I get the "you completed the survey congrats page"

Then it reroutes to pay page and they steal the pay instead of paying you.

my bitlab surveys always cut me off before i can even get started and dont know what the reason is for that

Huge scam and waste of time. Before I was getting rewarded now I’m not but even that barely maybe for 1/15 surveys which is just ridiculous. I don’t appreciate being told I’ll be rewarded then at the very end after I spent 30 minutes on the survey answering truthfully and having all my data sold being told I don’t qualify? How does one get to the end where it says completed then told I don’t qualify? Thanks for wasting my time. Quit scamming everyone. Time is important and you stole it from all of us. Shame on this company. Please do not waste your time doing anything for this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! They now have offers on freecash's offer wall, they should be taken off! I completed an offer for 24,400 credits, which I did not receive. Submitted a support ticket, have not received any response. I sent a few emails, submitted my proof of completion....not one response. Don't waste your time or your money!

Bitlabs used to be good, when they started out. Now, it has turned into nothing but a big time wasting SCAM!!

Do not waste your time in taking anymore bitlabs surveys. They pay out only 5% of the time. No matter what survey you do, and complete. Their customer service is non-existant. Seems like they are taking their money and running!

I just tried it out one more time, doing a IPSOS survey. Every other router will pay out IPSOS surveys, except BITLABS!! I see others are having the the exact same issues.

I think it's time to file a BBB report and claim for stolen money. What they are doing now, is really criminal! They are stealing money. They are absolutely getting paid for the surveys YOU do, and the time YOU waste doing them.

REPORT TO THE BBB. Clearly something has changed with management with bitlabs. There have been routers in the past that have started out great, then they just steal and steal... Then survey sites start dropping them.

Seems Bitlabs is headed down that path right now.

I answered surveys and it's says account locked for suspicious activity and saying some rubbish about raising eyebrows what a pile of trash this site is

Scammers they dq after every completed survey and steal your info

I just answered a question truefully and got suspended don't waste your time

They banned me for 6 hours they gave me a question asking what would you do if you came into a lot of money I said retire and they banned me it was a truthful answer and prob an irrelevant question which they have a lot of

Bitlabs are the biggest pieces of trash you will ever find. They blocked my account due to either VPNs or Bots. Complete BS i do not use any of them aswell as i dont use a fake account, I use my real name and thruthfull details. There is always a "you dont qualify for this survey" They are scammers. Do not use them.

What waiting for, make Petition to force shutdown Bitlabs, because of what? Banned with unlogical reasons! For 3 days? No, for 1 year! Even help support cant get it help. So what next? Shutting Down Bitlabs, i want make report to Interpol for this case!!!!

If any1 in this company read this why did i get banned? I answered all questions with honesty but yeah what u gonna do with honesty if this company is a personal information stealing frauds. This company should be reported as cyber crime because the term i agree is ill give my personal information for a few cents but i guess this company as poor as rats.

They cant pay u but they are happy to accept your personal info.
