It's a scam from start to finish, they won't waste any more of my time

Scam survey site that takes your data, your time, and your patience in one fell swoop. It is disappointing Prodege fell for letting them into Swagbucks and MyPoints. Bitlabs asks a million questions then never pays you for your time or answers. The most frustrating "reward" program around. Steer clear of BitLabs.

Terrible. Occasionally you get a good survey, but I can't tell you how many times I complete an entire survey, provide great detail, and at the very end when they thank you and say you are done, you are sent back to a message saying you have been rejected and won't be paid for no reason, yet they took all of your information and wasted your time for nothing. No way to complain - Bitlabs clearly doesn't care if workers are exploited or survey conductors are scammers. They just rake in their money. BEWARE!

Don’t do any offers for Bitlabs. Did axe champ task get to 150000 and 300000
Gold coins take for them. Refused to pay out even though I met all the requirements and had been paid 38p for a previous task. Their reasons simply weren’t true and refused to discuss with me instead going through the poll pay agents.

Bit labs are a scam i do surveys on them through swag bucks and all they want is free information, i would advise anybody not to bother with this scam company

Absolutely the biggest scam in survey sites, now they've gotten themselves hooked up to Swagbucks and My points and they are screwing thousands of people out of opportunities. They are a scam.

i have played a game for a partner of them ; at first , i was paid straight away but then , i didn’t anymore . and all the partners involved just play coy , of course and bitlabs doesn’t even have a customer service to ask the reward to , (na , the email address you see down here when you decide to leave a comment won’t work , already tried , so , our reviews don’t even get delivered) . disgusting , just utterly disgusting . i’m surprised they’re even still open !! but you know what ? keep on reviewing . hopefully , one day , they’ll finally go bankrupt , 🙃 .

i usually have success with surveys. today i answered the last question on college football through freecash.com surveys. bitlab didnt credit me at all and that was a long survey as well.

This is a complete scam. You complete a survey and get paid because it was successful and then several weeks later they will take the money back that you earned, leaving your account with a negative balance. It is the worst survey provider that I have ever encountered!

rubbish, completed loads of surveys then they chargeback all the funds weeks later, they are fraudsters!!!

This is the worst “company” for surveys. Too many negative questions on their website (from their partners) and they didn’t even reply.
They don’t have customer support, emails bounce back as BLOCKED, nothing can be finished on Bitlabs.
Don’t allow them to track you who knows what they actually are.
No recommendations for Bitlabs except: AVOID IT.

Most pathetic company of this type. Accuses you of using a VPN when you're not because there technology is outdated. Disqualification happens before a question is asked. Then repeat the same profiling questions mulptle times. Customer service is lacking as in they don't have any

Be very wary of this survey site, horrible. They claim their surveys take 3-6 minutes but are always extremely longer some as long as an hour for minimal points. Then they claim false information, when I spoke to the original site through them discovered it is a case of they ordered too many surveys and don't need as many so they want their money back even though the survey taker did nothing wrong. For the last four days, they have stolen money from my account! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

Whenever you do a survey completely, it still disqualifies you for no reason at all.

they cut you off when you finish your survey and they will scam you

They do pay on and off and today has been off. They are turning in to Your-Surveys/Cint quickly and I'm already reporting them for fraud to companies in the surveys they run. You should all do the same and the ones not paying people will go away for good and the real survey companies will get those surveys.
