I paid over £20 for an E-Cord MFI charging lead and the jack for the iPhone snapped off the second time I used it. Absolute waste of money.

I was glad to be acknowledged , as my communications had gone astray 're : A faulty speaker .
The second Purchase didn't work, the first one worked fine.
I was glad to be sent an item as a gesture of goodwill, as the co!many had no stock of th speakers.

I purchased a pair of faulty earbuds. I e-mailed Bitmore Customer Services and a replacement pair were sent immediately. Outstanding no nonsense customer service - well done Dave!

I purchased a Bitmore TrueSence TWS earpods on a Ryanair flight a couple of weeks ago and when I opened the earpods at home I found that one of the earpods was not working and would not charge.
I emailed the customer support and explaint the situation, afetr confirming my details of puchase and a receipt for the purchase Ryan from customer support was able to authorise an immediate replacement which was confirmed by their couriers, Royal Mail and received within 48 hours. The new pair of earpods are perfect.
Initially bemused customer and now extremely happy with the purchase and all the support given by the support team at Bitmore... WELL DONE!

I had a issue with one of the earplugs not working properly.
Ryan at customer service was fantastic.
After a few emails over a few days to establish everything a new set was sent out to me which are working perfectly.
All in the customer service is outstanding.

Bought a power bank from easy jet and used it 3 time now and has stopped working. Really upset. Didn’t take a recipe on flight.
It says clearly Bitmore on my power bank.
Also apologies just checked flight it was brought from Ryanair on flight.
