Faulty product, which can happen. However customer services on emailing them the receipt replaced no further questions asked. Emailed me regularly with updates. Even got a link to track delivery. Would certainly recommend this company just on the customer service experience

Bitmore replaced a faulty cable that snapped off on first use. The replacement cable seems to be of better quality and I am well pleased with it….thank you for good customer service.

Cannot charge watch. Cable not sent. Spent over one and a half hours trying to get through to tech support over 3 calls and calls were terminated. Email tech and they have confirmed that they will post the cable. I am not a happy camper. Will post more after receiving the canle

Customer service is great but their Bluetooth earphones are not. First was faulty but have similar issue after the replacement set. One side fails, disconnects, has low volume, etc.

I decided to get 3 of the e-fuel pro 10K powerbanks to take to Glastonbury as I usually take a lot of content and wanted to make sure I always had battery. My partner and I only used 2 / 3 of the powerbanks for a total of 5 days and the charging time was super efficient! Also great product as they are carbon neutral and made from recycled plastic 👏 highly reccomended!

My Bitmore pro TWS failed 3 months after purchasing from a TUI flight. I emailed to report the issue bu failed to get a reply, I then had to make several calls and was put on hold several times and cut off, I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told (sorry I work from home and there is no supervisor), When I asked who the call handler reported to I was cut off yet again, When I did eventually manage to speak to Ryan in the support office, he knew of other problems and replaced the faulty buds, not sure how long the new ones will last but if they fail again I think I will just bin them and buy some quality ones.

A big thank you to Bitmore and Ryan, for quickly resolving a problem I had with a 4 port USB charge unit which I purchased in November 2022.
The unit developed a fault and on contacting Bitmore, it was replaced promptly.
