Firstly the negative…
I bought one of Bitmore’s power banks. It turned out to be faulty.
Now the positives…
I contacted Bitmore online and described the problem. Their response (from Ryan) was very quick and supportive. He made several suggestions and asked a few questions. After a couple of exchanges between us it was agreed that the product (and not the user!) was at fault.
A replacement was sent to me and arrived within two days.
That replacement works perfectly.

This had sold out on the TUI plane coming back from holiday, so ordered it. It took longer than I expected to arrive and I haven't had opportunity to use it yet, but it will be used mostly when I go out walking.

One of my earbuds stopped working and I contacted customer care. I was immediately put at ease and given instructions to get replacement buds sent. The whole experience has been fantastic and stress free. The dedication to using recycling was amazing. I had no problem handing my old buds and charging case to my local civic amenity. Well done BITMORE a responsible manufacturer helping reduce the carbon footprint and recycling plastics.

I had a charger that had stopped working after 1 year and when I looked at my warranty I had not set up the 2 year warranty correctly. Bitmore honoured the 2 year warranty and sent me a replacement

This is historical, but I found the product from Bitmore again so wanted to post a review.
I had been given a Bitmore wooden AR Gun for Christmas. It has a QR Code for the app to use the AR games
Only, the app was removed on Christmas day, so the toy was useless. Anyone checking having bought it as a gift would have seen the app, but anyone actually given it, would have found themselves with a useless toy gun
Having to put a more recent date due to Trustpilot restrictions, but it was a few years back
This was recieved before the date Bitmore claimed it was withdrawn, I think Christmas 2017
When, probably Boxing Day, I tried to use it, the app had been withdrawn, making it useless
I am putting this review now, because I found it, and, realising that Bitmore is still extant, thought the experience relevant

I purchased some Bitmore earbuds on a Tui flight and unfortunately one of the buds wasn't working. I contacted Bitmore upon my return from holiday and after sending photos to customer services to explain the problem they requested my earbuds be returned to them and they sent a replacement set. Very impressed with their Customer Services department. My new ear buds are working perfectly! Thank you very much!
