Fast Charger

I bought the product from a TUI flight, however, upon returning from holiday it no longer worked. I contacted customer services and despite having no receipt (due to it being a flight), I could provide evidence of the transaction and returned the product for inspection and a replacement product was despatched promptly. Customer service communication was prompt and comprehensive

Great product, didn’t last, replacement problematic

Was very impressed with the product as they are made with recycled plastic, but the earphone wire didn’t stand up to wear after only a months use. They ask for all the information on the packaging plus proof of purchase to replace but I threw the packaging away as I bought the earphones on a TUI flight so no packaging or proof of purchase. Not an expensive item, and as I provided a photo I would have thought an instant replacement.

If you drop our tech team an email on justask@bitmore.co.uk, they just need to verify your purchase. If the airline didn't provide a physical one, they usually assign a digital one to your seat number, which you can find if you log into your account with the airline. As we don't get data from airlines on which customer purchased a product, we just need to verify it with yourself to make sure if was bought from the airline. If you've got the transaction on your card/bank statement, or your boarding pass we can also take one of these as proof of purchase too).

Excellent response to faulty product

My product stopped charging wirelessly and I had not registered the product within the designated period but they immediately replaced it nonetheless. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Ryan…

Excellent customer service from Ryan when I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on line. Ryan intercepted my order and swooped it for the correct battery pack and even gave me a discount.

Ryan took control of the situation from the beginning, offered me advice and then offered a replacement component. Throughout it all he kept in touch, giving me progress updates. The replacement has now been received and is working well.

Faulty Bitmore Bluetooth speaker…

I bought my Bitmore Bluetooth speaker on a TUI flight, but it was faulty. I got in touch with Bitmore on my return from holidays. They sent me a link to a prepaid label so I could return it, and within a week I had a new one delivered. Excellent service

For the price this is a good buy

For the price this is a good buy. Sound is very good, connects easily to tv or Bluetooth devices, battery life is excellent.

Excellent customer service

I cannot fault the customer service but I would rather have a product that works well than have to make use of them! I am now on my third set of Bitmore ear buds, the first pair being replaced free of charge, the second pair replaced and a full refund made. The third pair still don't work well but I have now given up.

Excellent after sales service!

I bought a faulty USB Travel Hub from an airline and it turned out to be faulty. Days after returning the faulty item a new, fault free device was sent back to me. I am extremely impressed with the rapid, efficient service I received.
