Bought a set of these Vybe pro Bluetooth magnetic earphones on a Ryanair flight to fuerteventura and to be honest wasn't expecting much as I'm fussy about sound. What a surprise I got! These are by far and away the best sounding earphones I have ever had, and the price was unbelievably cheap. I paid €11 in a Black Friday deal where normal retail was around €20. Normally phones in that price band sound tinny and plastic. These totally live up to the deep bass promise. If you see them, buy them. You can't go wrong.

Bought a Bitmore product on the plane, when opened found a cable missing, aircraft company ( easy jet ) offered no assistance, contacted Bitmore and received excellent service from Ryan, who replaced the cable free of charge, excellent customer service.

Device is good, delivered on time. However I’ve been unable to register it on the site despite documentation telling me to do so. And I’m supposed to earn credits for my purchase, but haven’t. I’ve Tweeted without reply.
UPDATE: I gave up with Twitter and emailed. I got an immediate response with the registration link (it is on the website, but well hidden) and they've updated my purchase credits. Good response eventually.
They admitted no-one's monitoring their Twitter feed, so why put it on the website and promote it as a contact mechanism? They said they'd get their IT team to look at removing it.
I've upgraded my review from 3* to 4* as a result.
I needed help with connecting my earphones. The reply was very fast, very polite and very helpful.

Well they arrived.. a bit late but arrived they did. Smaller than I was expecting but nicely presented.
Once the order was late I contacted bitmore and they realised a few deliveries were similarly affected so committed to get a new order out. This turned up promptly so very pleased. The loss of star is only really because of the delays.
Ordered and paid for a battery backup unit for mob phone. Recieved one email accepting order with details saying will inform me when it is being shipped. No further emails now 8 working days no notifications. Tried phoning the lady who took the call said the technical department are not picking up , call back later. That was after being cut off twice. As I write I see there is an email saying they are going to investigate what has happened. REALLY!!!! We shall see!
I bought the Bitmore Waterproof Action Camera AKTIVCAM 720P after seeing it online. The camera and fittings looked ideal for recording on. Currently, I am still working through the awful instruction manual which shows pictures of the different fittings but not how to assemble them for their different purposes. The manual looks like it has been shrunk to fit the small box. As the pictures are low resolution you can hardly make out the fittings. I’m desperate to try it out but so far I am perplexed by the reverse engineering needed to configure it. If anyone from Bitmore has better instructions or videos of how to set the mountings up I’d be grateful.
After experiencing an issue with the product it was resolved very quickly and professionally by Bitmores after sales team. Very happy with this service and the product is excellent value.
The product I purchased was defective, however it has been promptly replaced by Ryan, who provided me with great customer service. Great quality, I am absolutely satisfied with the product, the powerbank is fantastic, it provides multiple charges, reliability and peace of mind in a light body. I extremely recommend both the brand and the product itself, let alone the outstanding customer service and great communication with the customer.
