I found out that it was a Ponzi scheme weeks ago when they refused to pay me I requested for withdrawal 5 times it was disapproved and the customer service is fully of crap …..……. Don’t be shy to seek help
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within 48hours. Terrible platform stay away!!!!

I recently had my account suspended because of my ID got expired.

As soon as I got my new ID updated it through their WhatsApp support and they unlocked my account immediately.

Poor customer support: Support tickets often go unanswered for weeks, and in my case, were closed without resolving the issue.

Withdrawal delays – Funds were stuck in “processing” for days with no proactive communication

As a VIP member, I’ve asked for meetings with Management, no response after multiple reminders. This showed low care

I have been trying to withdraw from my fiat wallet, and access is blocked. This company has a revoked UAE license and is pretending to be running. They are trying to file for a Bahrain license to operate there. I do not believe they will return customer’s money. I am working now with a lawyer to get their app and website flagged. My priority now is to warn people not to fall victim to this shady company.

At the same instance, mobile app and desktop app showing two different portfolio values with a $5k or 15% difference! What are these guys doing? !!!!

Mobile app does not show GTC orders in Pro screen! No way to see orders in mobile app.
They've lost it - dont trust their technology anymore.

Worst platform out there, I made a mistake and deposited money there again, I sent the money but they held it and asked me some questions, they never processed the money after I answered, all my friends who use this platform either got their account blocked or similar issue.

My account is locked and I don't have access to my money. The customer service completely ignore me and there is no resolution of the problem. The mobile app doesn't shows my investments and when I login via laptop it shows zero on my account. I can't do anything and it's been already weeks since this problem cannot be resolved. Please if someone had the same problem and had a good lawyer to deal with BitOasis contact me as I am ready to start a legal action against this unacceptable issue.

Very huge price difference between buying and selling btc, buying 10k dhs if selling directly will lose about 500dhs

Please never, ever choose to invest with bitoaisis.

I have spent over TWO months trying to complete a simple phone number change. Chat exchanges with 6 different people, that too I had to go through extreme lengths to even get past an ai 'assistant' to speak with a real human. All six FAILED at a simple phone number change, not allowing me to access my own account with my money in it. To this day my money is still locked away.

Ive had meetings with their staff in which they are still useless, so much time wasted with these 'people'. Another common complaint you will hear from everyone is that they ask for proof of address and after 5 times of sending the same file they simply ignore it over and over again. Not even a sign that they have received it, I sent through WhatsApp and email and chatbox. Ive had to correct them on so many details.

They have stolen my money. Never invest with mitosis.

Been with them from the start, pretty good local presence and support, BUT terrible spam emails that they haven't stopped after months of complaints :/

The support team were transparent which is something I truely value

It did take them sometime to change the mobile number and update the new documents but eventually they got it done and I gained access to my account

They also did follow up to check if everything was Ok

Bitoasis is a 100% desaster! They block your account and the support does not respond for weeks.

I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating and concerning experience with BitOasis. Since January 2025, I have been completely unable to withdraw my own money from my BitOasis account.

Every time I contact their customer service, I receive the same canned response: they are "facing some issues with their banking partner in Saudi Arabia" and therefore, funds cannot be withdrawn.

It is now July, 2025, and I still have no access to my funds. This situation is completely unacceptable and feels like a significant breach of trust.

When a platform holds your money and prevents you from accessing it for over 6 months with no clear resolution in sight, it raises serious red flags.

This lack of transparency and inability to provide a solution leads me to believe that this could be a major scam. My funds are effectively trapped, and I have no recourse.

Avoid BitOasis if you value access to your own money.

Keep getting sent my proof of address is expiring for past 2-3 months and have been trying to update the documents by email, app. NO ONE absolutely no one responds or checks the documents I sent or uploaded for past 2 months. I have already raised at least 5 customer requests but they keep getting closed without any answer or resolution. Finally, I just decided to take out my crypto because the risk of something bad happening with their customer service being NON-EXISTENT is TOO RIKSY. Call center and service staff can't be trusted to help you.

Additionally, anytime you withdraw money you have to get their approval and jump through hoops to prove the money is yours and legit.

Get help from the recommendation of google a legal expertise if scammed here or withheld rights of funds ambllp^ Uk’Alot of foul ply here.

I never wanted to post a bad review, but it seems like my issue will never be resolved. I kept on receiving the same email from different agents promising a review and a solution. I wanted to withdraw the remaining BAL token from my account, I sent an email since January asking a help. I understand that BAL was no longer listed on the platform, but I was hoping that Bitoasis has competent ITs that could help the problem. Unfortunately, until now the issue was left unresolved. It is very frustrating.
