Been playing with them 3 years with no…

Been playing with them 3 years with no problem then all the sudden they are asking for another selfie for verification to withdrawl which I have now sent 22 different Pic that all has been declined they want a selfie with full arm that's holding Id and the id info be clear which our id isn't the size of a poster board so it's impossible to get your info from your id at the distance having to have your full arm in the Pic as well. The lettering is clear if u zoom in but yet apparently if they zoom.in on your selfie then it automatically makes u a different person that's holding your id. So they won't let me withdrawl my winnings..had same issue with bitbetwin which the exact same setup everything about them is the same compared to bitplay just under a different name wouldn't be able to tell them apart of it wasn't for the names but they finally approved my selfie and payed out. Use the same Pic approver by bitbetwin with bitplay they still are refusing it. I called them the guy on the phone even approved my selfie he was trying to be helpful but some one in back office still refuses my selfies.....update finally got it approved after I sent the last selfie which was the same selfie I sent before the last one and they sent the withdrawl to my bitcoin address and didnt pay the bitcoin fee which I find ironic considering when u deposit it says to make sure u send the right amount plus the bitcoin fee or it will take longer and then that's how they send ur winning with insufficient fee so now u have to also pay the fee out of your winning and it will take all day or even longer to receive your money....will not recommend playing with these guys for to long to longer your a loyal player the more u will be screwed with these people...very frustrating

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! They put my last 2 withdraws on hold. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY LIE TO YOU. Different agents tell you different stories. I was with them 3 years and just started having issues, they told me my 300 dollars was on hold because the game had issues, tried another game and win 400 dollars and they put it on hold also. They told me I was being investigated, then it's the problem with the games, I feel all lies. I never got my winnings. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.

If you never plan on cashing out over 400 this platforms for you

Notice many of the reviews are new players. I’ve played for years and trust me I put plenty in and won twice two weeks ago
They put my cash out on hold. I call and get the run around then rude customer service the other day!!! Like I am bothering them asking legitimate questions. I won fair and square and sure they would still take a deposit. If they don’t plan on giving it just say something don’t shove people off. Disappointed I enjoyed playing but will not take this!

Omg bitplay is a rip off the didn't pay…

Omg bitplay is a rip off the didn't pay me $400 in December for no reason and now the holding on to 330$ from bit play I won on April 26 and 100 from ultra panda from May 5 and 75 from red play from April 6 don't waste you money on this site, all I get is stupid exercise that change all the time and never let me talk to a manager. This is not fair and so unprofessional they always have a reason to not pay out but very happy to take they customers money as long as they a losing, you spend more time with they customer service than playing always problem with they system, now they have not paid out to me a total of 1025 that jest not fair. It's time to deal with this differently take it to right pepole that can make a change.
This is a response to bitplay answer nice words jest more lies I sent a few emails and like always no respond and talked to your customer service and they are useless don't help jest excuses after excuses.

Going downhill...

They used to process payouts quickly but not anymore. They still process deposits fast. So they're quick to take your money but reluctantly slow to pay you back. They also stopped responding to customer inquiries. They used to reply everytime. The quality of this company seems to be declining.

These people lie to you constantly

These people lie to you constantly. They have tried to not load the money I deposited on the games multiple times, they tell me codes that don't work and then lie and say it will work the next day but doesn't, their customer service only games and act like they either don't know what your talking about or can't help you, I got a bonus on a slot game and it froze before the bonus could be played and when I restarted it the bonus was gone and so was the money I spent spinning to get the bonus, then when I told customer service they said everything was fine on their end then started spamming the hello, how may I help you message every time I said something like they were a 5 year old kid. These people are true pieces of garbage and they will do anything they can to screw you over a little bit at a time. This is a scam I believe they are trying to steal people's identity

So I am new to this bit play a friend suggested it to me because they give you a $20 free play if you sign up. And going into this I knew I had to take a picture of my front and back ID and a picture of me holding up my ID okay successful. Played a few times and when I won I wanted to redeem. So when I went to do the withdrawal request I had to take another photo of me holding a piece of paper with the date in platform name. I did that and did that and did that and did it 12 verification photos later a week later I still have not been redeemed every single picture gets declined and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the pictures I have taken I have done everything they asked in the picture every single picture is something different either the ID is too blurry for them which is not to me if you zoom in my arms have to be attached to my body and face holding attached ID and paper 12 photos of this and I am still waiting for them to accept one of them the customer service fairly good they're always on the chat and they answered the phone it sounds like some guy in his bedroom answering but they have many gaming platforms easy to use easy to deposit money but I believe this is a scam so people do not waste your time or money I am calling the better Business bureau and cyber crimes because this truly is a scam

Worst and most unfair treatment ever

So for the free play I was instantly approved from my ID submission and selfie within about 20 minutes I hit a jackpot for a $1,000 and I understand you can only cash out $100 a day if you've never made a deposit or $200 a day if you have under a certain amount but now they're trying to say that my verification wasn't good enough and I have to redo it and I've done it at least 15 to 20 times now and it keeps getting declined so if you want to be approved instantly and then when you withdraw be declined every single time for no apparent reason because my selfie was good enough to be approved but somehow not good enough to be cashed out then these are the people to go to!!!!

3 day withdrawals

Never used to be an issue. However, these days if you want to have to wait 2-3 days at a time for your winnings, check out this website. They routinely make you wait and wait and wait and wait for your winnings. Right now it's been over 32 hours since I submitted my withdrawal....still waiting. They want to say it's bc they have a large number of withdrawals, so that means that nobody gets any withdrawals then? Bc I absolutely cannot receive mine in a decent time period. False Advertisement

Do not bother to try and make a withdrawal if you win anything with your bonus. It says that you can only withdraw $100 a day if you haven't made a deposit but they do not honor it. If you win with your bonus it is just wasted money, there is no way to get it so what is the point in playing it. I will not play here again.

They just wrote that reply to look like they are trying to resolve the problem, when in fact I just talked to them again and they are not honoring what is in fact on their website, I have a screenshot of it.

Wishy-washy casino

I have seen a similar review on here but here is my story. I signed up for account did my verification photos and was approved. Got the 20$ bonus and hit with it. Did my withdrawal and some hours later I was told I needed to the picture holding id again. But this time I had to hold a paper with date and platform on it. So I did. This time they denied me. Once because I thought it was supposed to be 2 different pictures. Then did it again and I was denied because I didn't have my ID and the paper in one hand. That's so dumb. I was already approved why again. They don't wanna pay and customer service sucks.

I did do that and I was denied because it all wasn't in the same hand.

Site is not legit from what I can tell

Site is not legit from what I can tell. They state 20 dollars for sign up but after sending photos of my ID card that's required for sign up they told me I only had 5 dollars for sign up and for some website they don't even explain how to get to. I think it's just a scam to get you to send copies of your driver's license.
