Scam. I requested a withdrawal 2 nights ago and the withdrawal status stated “on hold” for 12 hours. Was lied to by customer service several times. I had won a significantly higher amount than I ever had. They ripped me off and declined my withdrawal request. Terrible customer service for someone that has been a customer and has lost thousands of dollars to them. Please don’t waste your time! They are con artists!

We've had our ups and downs, more UPS than Downs I'm proud to say. Since they have this seemingly quicker way of depositing things do you run a little smoother in my experiences. If they could just get the withdrawal process on board with their deposit process I think that they would be straight them up because you went here you do but it's frustrating if it takes extra amount of time to get your winnings nonetheless I continue to spend my money here I continue to play I continue to tell people to go here and play nobody's perfect you got to take the good with the bad and just pray that you come out on top sometimes have a great day. Well this was my go to for fish tables I've been playing for 2 years and I won 200 on nov6. Here it is the 10th and Noone can tell me where my money is at..I get three different stories and then I call and he says the blockchain rejected it.. I have 20 withdrawls for 4000 this is just bs..

I’ve played with this company in the past with no problems although I’ve never won any money here so I’m not sure how the withdrawal process is. I made a deposit in doge coin that was confirmed on the blockchain less than ten minutes later but still 24 hours later has not been credited towards my account. Customer service has been no help and I figure the only thing I can do about it is write this review which will end up costing the company much more in the long run than my small deposit. I tried to withdraw my winnings downloaded my picture with my i.d and date and game liked they asked and each time kept declining me said the i.d wasn't visible at first then said the date wasn't visible I did this 7 different times and still was declined my winnings.... guccigirl

They initially refused to credit me with my deposit. Finally got my deposit but they are refusing to honor their bonus for it AFTER being lied to about why I would not be receiving it. Then told me it would be allowed ASAP and that was a lie as well. I will post screenshots if I can figure it out

Customer service with BitPlay has always been great. Actually have two people that I would like to mention and that's Victor and Salva. Since bit play offers so many different bonuses I sometimes get confused and send in the wrong bonus information. Victor and Salva both took the time to find the bonuses for me and apply them. In both instances I forgot that they were fees involved with Bitcoin I'm still working on it and they were both nice enough to go back in reorder the links for me. I really enjoy a bit play and all the options that there are available. It's super easy just available 24/7 and there have been no problems for me I've been with them for quite some time for over a year and a half 2 years maybe. I definitely enjoy using the play.
