Wallet full of errors - Lost coins

The wallet is full of errors. Sending crypto is just impossible and the restoration of wallet is also impossible due to lack of features the wallet has. So if you want to acquire your own funds, you simple cannot do it. I've lost about 100+ EUR, it's not much but it is inconvenient and unprofessional. Tech support isn't helpful and isn't willing to fix the issues. This wallet is a shame for crypto community. Stay away at any cost.

Maybe I wasn’t clear enough, my balance in your wallet is more than enough to make transactions but due to your software code errors that pop up on screen each time I’m trying to send the coins to another address I can’t proceed - this is your code errors - your bug …and because you cannot fix your bugs, you advise me to restore the wallet. Guys first of all I work in this industry, if you have buggy code, you must fix it. You don’t advise customer to restore wallet by using key phrases you showed once a few years ago during registration (all wallets offer access to these keys any time and you don’t). So your code doesn’t work and key phrases cannot be found anywhere. Of course it is inconvenient because the whole experience is wrong and your are trying (nicely) to put the blame/responsibility to the customer. You must do much better if you want to be competitive.

Your Ethereum Vault is a non-custodial wallet, meaning that only you have access to your funds. When setting it up, you were informed about the importance of securely storing your Seed Phrase, as it’s the only way to restore access if you ever lose your device or need to reinstall the wallet.

If you still have access to your Vault but can’t send crypto, please check if you have enough ETH to cover the network (gas) fees. Without this, transactions can’t be processed. If, however, you no longer have access to your Vault and don’t have your Seed Phrase, it won’t be possible to restore the wallet or send funds. Since Bitwala does not store or manage private keys, we are unable to recover access for security reasons.

Great experience

Great experience so far.

I have to admit I am not into cripto, so I can't avaliate or compare this feature, but everything else has being working very well (transfers, withdraws, security, notifications), and they have a great custumer support who kept going back and forth for a week with me until solving my issue.

Despite the bad reviews here I must say that two days ago I sent bitcoin to my wallet and it arrived within an hour, I sold it and funds were credited to my euro account instantly, I withdrew at the ATM and all was fine and also made a SEPA payment which arrived the same day. I hadn’t used my account for a little while for fear of things going wrong but will give credit where due as all was good. Please Nuri continue to operate this way and if anything changes please advise us customers so we are not left worried about our funds. Thank you again for the smooth transactions.

Unable to receive my ETF funds

Nuri is a bank that cannot complete a simple ETF withdrawal transaction. I want to close my account for almost 2 months and I started transferring my money to another bank account. However, I am not able to receive my ETF transfer from Nuri Pots to my account. It has been in pending status for 1 month!!!
I just want my funds and close my account. The customer support keeps telling me that they escalated my case to the respective department. It is unacceptable that this simple transaction takes too much time.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I had error "system is down try later". This is misleading! I tried 3 days at least 30 times. Finally after i recieved reply from customer service (thats 5 days after i downloaded) I recieved reply saying Nuri is not accepting new applications! How is this OK?! How can you mislead like that. Is it that hard to say that on your website in the begging and stop to encourage with things like "open an account now"!? Someone to take responsibility? Say something? Do something about my time lost and all the inconvenience? They dont care.

Given the fact that you have obviously refused to acknowledge any of my emails I have no other option than to leave a comment on this page. they call it a "review" but quite frankly i do not think you deserve one. My account was blocked when I topped up 200 EUR via Ether. Currently I can't sell or use this money and support doesn't answer to me. That's awful when you can send crypto but can't even sell it.

Which how these guys are finished within the next 9 months and in serious trouble !! It’s all a algorithm to stop money flowing out under the disguise of compliance . I have 3 friends who use them and all the same no sms no cinta t and no info . They are sinking ship and trying to stay afloat using the guise of compliance yet theta sl no info or request nothing just silence . Can’t wait for the generic cut copy pastes from the poor person who has to monitor these reviews and act as if they do something 😀😀
