My account was blocked after 3 years using with out any problem.
This is more than 3 weeks which my account was blocked with out any reason and with out any comment or explanation from Nuri. I always be in touch and answer all the questions and all needed documents requiment by Nuri team. It is very important for me to use my Balance in my bank account now and in case of my request from support team of Nuri there is no any response yet after 3 weeks. They don't reply emails

My first name consists of two words and they mistakenly took the first word as my first name and the second word as my "middle name". I spoke to the AI customer service and sent them an email. It's already been more than four days and I got NO reply yet. I also want to change my address and again , I sent them an email and got NO reply. Nuri gave me a call immediately when I wanted to open a new account tho.

Account blocked with no reason like…

Account blocked with no reason like with other people... Avoid all Solaris bank services like Vivid money ect. I am going to threat this as a scam and get my lawyer on this one. Because blocking and freezing assets with no reason and prior notice is not just going to pass like this. I think in most countries this would be threated as malicious and unlawful business practise.
Customer service is non existing!

Avoid! Blocked account for totally NO REASON - Support is unable to answer

I've been properly verified during video-call. Few days later I've provided tax info they requested. Few days later - I've got an e-mail that my account has been blocked. WHY? It's impossible to get to know. Two tickets on support and no answer. It has been two weeks now.
I only thank myself I didn't made a single transaction. Yes, Nuri blocked my account with ZERO EUR balance. Great job guys.

Blocking accounts for no reason

My account was temporarely blocked without no reason at the beginning of this month. After tones of emails during the 5 days of no reply they finally get back and asked me to fill in the questionary, what I did. My account was unblocked..and week after it is blocked again for no reason. During the week I did nothing which could raise an alarm in there system, no personal data changed, the biggest bill was for 30 euros in the grocery store. And yet we are here with a block account again.. I have no words to express how angry and frustrated I am

Account blocked and then closed. Cant' access funds. No support.

Like others, my Nuri account was first blocked and now closed without any prior notice or reasoning. Cannot log in to get my money out, and so far the support has not responded my tickets (my first one was exactly a week ago, when the account was first locked for no reason). I've already tried opening other support tickets (677821, 677757, 670608), but no luck. I had not logged in for a few months before this, so I there was not any weird activity that warranted this afaik. I now see many people experiencing the same issue and reporting complaints about their support being non existent.

They mentioned that I can still transfer my fiat funds by submitting a request and some documents through their support service, but they haven't even answered my questions and the method seems very shady and not safe. They also mention they will let me get my crypto out 30 days from the account closure through the app, except you can't even log into the app as of now because it says your account is blocked. I just want my account back and to be able to access my funds, this is ridiculous for a legitimate bank to act this way. Is there still hope of hearing something back and regaining access to my account/funds? I hope so...

Update: Nuri only provides these copy pasted replies, but no further explanation. It has now been a month since they closed my accounts and pretty much seized my funds and kept it locked. Besides a "we've asked customer service to provide you with an update", there has been no reply by Nuri after sending messages on twitter, IG, trustpilot, and after several emails, just radio silence. I managed to speak with them on the phone 3 weeks ago, and they instructed me to fill the documents with a new IBAN to have my funds transferred, which I did. However, since then I've heard literally nothing from them, and now they won't pick up the phone for 2 weeks straight, unbelievable... I am reporting Solaris and Nuri to the German finance authorities... Hopefully they can refund me.

Just horrible

Just horrible, please keep your fingers away. I opened a bank account at Nuri without any problems. Then suddenly my bank account was blocked without any further notice, nobody from customer support replies to my emails and nobody is picking up the phone. I would have needed this credit card for travelling, now I am standing there without a credit card. Absolute crap!!!

Terrible bank and even worse customer service

I opened an account in April 2022 with a view to transferring money from my UK account weekly.
After successfully depositing money for a few weeks, one week a deposit didn't arrive in my Nuri account, I sent a further deposit and after waiting for a week this also didn't arrive. This money had left my UK bank account so it had gone somewhere, my UK bank were available on the phone, and said they had emailed Nuri to try and find the funds. When i contacted Nuri to find out why they were ignoring emails from my bank I was ignored, they didn't say why they refused to liase with the bank and didn't really try and help me find out where my money was. A month after the initial money transfer one amount came through to my Nuri account. and then 2 months after the second transfer, that amount arrived in my Nuri account. I have not received any explanation for this month and two month delay. I understand things can go wrong but the complete lack of effort in attempting to find these funds or explain what was happening I think is a terrible way to run a business.

What is the TIN number? You're asking me to complete my profile with this info, but you don't explain what TIN is. I live in Italy, this is the first time I hear about that. I tried to insert my fiscal code (codice fiscale), but you don't accept it. I'm a private citizen.
What is TIN number? Are you going to close my account if I don't insert it?
Also, why don't you tell people about this before they put money in their account?

Disappointing service

Initially had a very positive impression and loved the crypto options they offer. However, it is then disappointing to see that transferring crypto to your account is not happening. Entered a request for more information concerning this issue multiple times but never gotten any response. Start to wonder about their presented service and abilities.

I also regret that Nuri/Solaris terminated our business relationship with immediate effect without any justifiable reason, and since I’m still holding a Digital Assets balance, please allow me with the option to withdraw such balance via the Nuri app platform asap today or tomorrow or at your earliest convenience.

Inexistent customer support

I have had Nuri for more than a year now and I used it as a second account. No problems with instructing and receiveing transfer from everywhere in Europe and using the card to pay. The real Achilles' heel of this bank is the customer service - impossible to contact anyone and very long time to respond. My account has been temporary suspended as of 11/07/2022 @ 8:51 and i have not received any further information as of now.
I have opened a ticket and send an email to support-at-nuri.com to no avail. I have tried contacting them to their phone number several times, but the machine eventually hung up on me informing that all operators are busy.
I had to instruct a transfer this morning and i was not able to. This is the reason why I do not use Nuri as my primary account.
