My money was stolen

My money was stolen. They must be reported to the German Bafin as well as to the police.

These criminals opened my current account and after 30 minutes and having paid the funds transformed into bitcoin they decided to close my account. Call center bordering on indecency, does not offer support and waits for 30 days to end to close your account and steal your money. The support bank Solarisbank even more thief does not intervene. They send over 1500 emails programmed into the mailbox by bullying. Please, all of you, report them to the German bafin and take legal action against them. I read tons of bad reviews like my experience and these scammers need to be stopped IMMEDIATELY.

I like the fact that the bank is very organised

I like the fact that the bank is carrying out full KYC procedures and AML rules. Excellent service. Not expensive but the 1% commission that is payable to buy bitcoin is expensive in comparison with other competitors.

Absolut joke

So, less than a half hour after opening account and verifying my identity with one of their agents via video call, I got an email that my account is temporarily locked due to verification issue.

Do your agents not know their job or what??

I haven't done one single transaction yet and I think it's the best to stay that way.

Worst banking experience ever....

After a very long and painful experience to sign up, which required many documents and verifications, I finally got an account and debit card. Hooray... NOT.
Then I transferred 100 euros from my eurozone bank account and spent a whole 13 euros :) at my local supermarket, 10 minutes walk from my home address, using the debit card. This somehow set off alarm bells at Nuri who sent me a barrage of questions and requested various documents including the same ones already supplied when opening the account. Apparently they were not satisfied with that and proceeded to lock my account on a Friday afternoon with no further information given. I can no longer even login or access my money (luckily it's only 87 euros).
I had planned to use this card for an upcoming holiday in Bulgaria as the card offers good exchange rates, I can't imagine the situation if I had been on holidays relying on this card... locked, no warning, no explanation, and no way to contact Nuri other than through email. It's unbelievable!
I have lived in quite a few different countries and so have opened and used quite a few different accounts, but this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had.
I also couldn't imagine if you had actually trusted these people and put your savings into BTC or ETH with them.
My advice, don't waste your time, money and effort with something as unreliable and unpredictable as NURI. If you want crypto, go with something reliable like BINANCE which in any case is much cheaper and far more reliable and reputable.
Now I just need to try to get my 87 euros back... no doubt a lot more wasted time and effort, or maybe they are just hoping I will give up and leave them the money.... which I will not. I'll take it to whatever German authority that is relevant if needed, but seriously, what a f.... waste of time!

Great

Great , bank card came on time even though it was a bank holiday aswell, easy to buy crypto although you do also get charged from your English bank to do the iban sepa transfer to transfer money ,even though it says you dont but that's to do with the English bank not Nuri , I think it was the currency exchange , but am holding my crypto for years to come so hopefully won't matter to much .
I've used the bank card it works fine although I cannot see my balance on the English bank machines , but I can see my balance online on the Nuri app,
I have not tried to sell any cash or take cash from a bank machine so I can't comment on that but everything I have done up to now works fine and the card works in the stores 👍 now I just need my small invests to rise and make me a millionaire lol 🙏

Terrible platform wit unprofesional support system. I think they stole my money.
I sent 7K on 13 th april. as soon as money arrived they blocked account out of blue, I wrote them multiple times but no response. finally when I wrote big angry letter, they answered me and sent some questions. I answered all the questions but still nothing. Myaccount is blocked I don`t know where my money is. I think they are scam artists. I will sue them. My advise-NEVER TRUST NURI.

its a first time i desided to make a…

its a first time i desided to make a bigger investment in Crypto and i made a mistake ... because i used Nuri.... I made transaction at 19.04.2022 .... Money was sent from my bank and i'm still waiting for it.... Support is never answering, i opened couple of tickets, i sent transaction bill on email as a proof that transaction was made and still nobody gives me an answer....

They do not pay any promotion

Why does Nuri answer on Trustpilot? ONLY to help the algorithm. If they cared about their customers, they would answer the emails they (or their bot) ask you to send from Trustpilot. Then they go from you.

My experience:

1. Referral program. I am informed that I can no longer participate in the program. Although it does not seem very correct to me not to pay after taking several clients, I can understand it.

2. Promo Banking with Nuri. I strictly comply with the T&Cs and they inform me that since I am out of the referral program, it does not matter if I have complied with the T&Cs of another independent promotion.

3. Promo Auto Recurring Purchase for 3 months. Once again, I strictly abide by the terms and conditions, but same thing! They haven't paid anything.

I read all the legal documents and conditions of all the promos and they are totally independent. I inform them and they ignore it.

In addition to the time and effort used, the will to do things correctly and collaborate positively, they do not answer and do not pay.

Edit: The same day that they answered me here on Trustpilot, I did what they told me, contact support again. I'm still waiting for an answer. No answer, no money

After a few transactions with crypto they closed my account (solarisbank), violation of some rules (that I can not find). I made a support ticket without any reaction from them sofar. They collect your personal information, give you access, and shortly later they all close your accounts with fake reasons. Money on your account gone with the sun !

Sois una gran estafa como empresa

Decidí hacerme NURI para invertir en cripto y aprovechar la promoción de invitados.
Tras haber invitado tan solo a dos amigos con éxito, un tercero me falló, por lo que decidí mandarles un correo para que me explicaran que había pasado.
Para mi sorpresa me dijeron que estaba haciendo un uso comercial de la promoción (nótese que solo había invitado a dos amigos en aquel momento, y en teoría puedes invitar hasta a 50) y que me cancelaban el programa y retendrían futuros pagos de bonus ya obtenidos. Además dejaban claro que no me iban a dar más explicaciones.
Las razones que me dieron para cancelarme la promoción eran TOTALMENTE FALSAS:
1- Decían que había comprado y vendido BTC el mismo día (como para aprovecharme de la promoción). Realmente pasaron más de tres días entre una acción y la otra.
2- Decían que mi último movimiento real en la cuenta era esa supuesta compraventa de BTC, según ellos del 31 de marzo. Para que os hagáis una idea del nivel de engaño, me hice la cuenta el 6 de abril.
Por si no fuera poco había realizado otras inversiones en ETH. Como ya supondréis no me han contestado a mis correos intentando explicarles que se han inventado unos motivos para cancelarme el programa.

I decided to join NURI to invest in crypto and take part in the guest promotion.
After successfully inviting only two friends, the third one failed, so I decided to send them an email so they could explain me what had happened.
Surprisingly, they told me that I was making a commercial use of their promotion (note that I had only invited two friends at that time, and in theory you can invite up to 50) and that they were cancelling the program and would withhold future payments of bonuses that I had already earned. They also made it clear that they would not give me any further explanations.
The reasons they gave me holding their decision are TOTALLY FALSE:
1- They stated that I had bought and sold BTC on the same day (as if to take advantage of the promotion). Actually more than three days passed between one action and the next.
2- They stated that my last real movement in my account was that supposed sale and purchase of BTC, according to them, on 31 March. To give you an idea of the level of manipulation, I opened my account on 6 April.
As if that was not enough, I had made other investments in ETH. As you can imagine, they have not replied to my emails explaining that they have made up some reasons to cancel the program..

It was too good to be true...

It was too good to be true...
I opened the bank account really fast. And everything else was just one click away in the app.
And then, my account was blocked one week ago (April 11th).
I registered three consecutive requests throughout the entire week. I kept asking why my account was blocked and how can I proceed.
Nobody called me and I only received automatic responses from Nuri's support. That I should wait for their contact. My request codes from Nuri's:

Low Support - Card not arrived

Card not arrived to my postal with more than 21 working days, although I’m receiving mostly an international mails and it always arrived within 3-5 business days!
