DO NOT TRUST THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACTHEM
At first I thought this company seemed good. BUT! I have not yet received my order and EVERYDAY I get 3 or 4 emails about specials. EXPECT SPAM! Then you click on the link to stop getting Emails and it take you to their web page where there is no opt out of emails. You can not Email this company about anything you can only speak with their AI that is extremely bad. It asks if you have a question about your order and if you click YES id does NOTHING! if you type anything in it then asks if it is about an order again and then does nothing when you click yes. If you click NO it take you to a few more questions and then does nothing! I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AT ALL!

Only Use If You Trust International Couriers and Chat Bots.
I have not received my products yet, but according to tracking, they will arrive too late for my event. I paid extra so they would arrive on time. I do not recommend this company to Australians as the printing is done in Portugal. You are at the mercy of international customs clearance.
You cannot contact Bizay. Their email no longer works. You can only chat to their useless virtual bot which gives AI responses. At no point can you access a human.
