Easy ordering experience, I liked that we could see all the options. Very good pricing! The quality of the printed product was great too.
The only other inclusion that would've been helpful is a definition of the paper type (we chose offset only because I've worked with printers in the past and understand what it means). Shipping was fast considering it came from Portugal. Thanks, will reorder!

Unhelpful delivered late
Unhelpful delivered late, unusable product, not as was advertised.
I ordered some CD covers for an event on May 24. Paid extra to ensure the artwork printed correctly. Got an email a day before expected shipping there would a re-print, two weeks after the order was placed.
I received the covers this morning Jun 2nd - they are thin, have not been assembled, and the CD's fall out due to the flimsy paper stock.
Contacting customer service is all automated. Don't expect a resolution to any issue unless the Bot can fix it.
unhelpful and dismissive when I finally got contacted by a human. Asked for a refund and was flatly refused.
Will never use this company again, you'd be better off just going to Officeworks and printing your own stuff.
