Terrible
The items I ordered never reached the GLS courier. The GLS tracking said that they had received the notification of the delivery, but that they never received the items.
So the items never arrived.
The customer service is very hard to contact and provides very little information. I ordered products without any customisation, so I expected that, after making such a mistake, they would re-ship them immediately since no customisation is made, but they still gave me more than 3 weeks to wait. Additionally, they did not even offer the option to give me a refund. I then severely complained and managed to get an expedited delivery.
