No standards for their products
They don't care how they do their job. I order cards in black and they come in all shades of gray, they tell me it's my fault because I ordered them in 100% black, not in a mix of four colors which would be true black. I'm not a printing proffessional, it's their job. Horrible customer service, would not order anything from them again.

Deliveries sometimes happens to be late but for for a freight price higher than the product itself, I expected at least feedback from customer service
For 3 days the carrier notified their imminent delivery which never happened before I did the customer service’s job and coordinated with carrier.

Quick but not amazing quality
The process was all very quick, but I found the quality someone lacking. The logo and some other elements had this strange black lines around it. It is not super visible but you can see that something is not right there.

The real color wasn't right
The roll-ups were ok but the colour of the coasters didn't correspond to the colour code that we used. We had the same code for both the coasters and the roll-ups but the coasters are much darker than they supposed to be.
