SCAM BEWARE

Paid £9.95 for P&P from Screwfix/DeWalt Facebook scam. Reported to Barclaycard and no doubt they will try another payment but credit card company will stop.

Please be aware.

I fell for a scam for a playhouse from Smythes for £9.95, since then I had £37 taken from my account, was told by my bank to wait 15 days before reporting it which was today. I've had another £37 taken today which is pending. My bank confirmed it was a 'subscription' which they have now cancelled. Scamming bar stewards

£9.95 supposedly taken for postage & packing of a ‘free’ DeWalt tool kit from Screwfix - answered an online survey first to justify the tool kit. The P&G charge was later followed by an unauthorised £37 taken from my cc a few days later. How could this happen? Bizarrely I’m told I can’t formally report this to the fraud team until the Pending charge has cleared but I am sure it will because I have no way of contacting this mystery company with no published contact details. Very frustrating!

Same as many people on here, too trusting for my own good. Saw an advert for Screwfix, paid £9.95 for an item, today they tried to take a further £37 from my credit card. Thankfully my card company picked up on it straight away and questioned the transaction with me. So card transaction stopped in it's tracks. Just grateful my card company picked up on it. I won't be buying anything online that looks too good to be true again. Thieving low lifes.

I saw add for set of pans today and ordered it. However, there was no email confirmation. My bank immediately stopped my card and alerted me.
I will wait few days to see whether they will deliver if so I will notify you. Otherwise join the QQQQQQQ

Scam scam scam! Don’t bother don’t ever trust it.

Fraud - I got 2 payments of each nearly £39 out of my account. I had to raise a fraud to my bank and my card was cancelled.

I could call it a scam, but it would be more accurate to call it theft.
I saw a posting on Facebook which allegedly was giving me the opportunity for a payment of just £9.95 to get a set of tools from Screwfix. I clicked on the link and ended up putting my card details onto a web page which was not actually Screwfix. This was a foolish mistake by me and the consequence of this is that Bizreminder, who I've never heard of, initially took £9.95 from my account. Then a few days later they took £37. If they were a decent company I'd phone them to cancel this alleged subscription but for Trustpilot reviews I can see that wouldn't work so I phoned my bank and found that the only way to stop this is by changing my card.

This company are stealing people's money please don't fall for there scams

I wish I had looked at the reviews on trust pilot for Bizreminder before I fell for the offer on Facebook for an Elemis beauty set for £9.95. It is a total scam but they made it look like the Boots Company were clearing old stock and Boots is a company I would have trusted.(Boots have nothing to do with it) Bizreminder are scamming thieves who have also tried to take an unauthorised payment of £37 from my credit card but thankfully my bank blocked it. I have reported it to my banks fraud dept. They are using the names of trusted retailers to con people

I have no idea who this company is but they keep trying to take £57 or £28.50 from my account! I have a new card and they are using my old card details...... Scamming Bastards!!!!!

Took £9.95 for a M and S hamper but no confirmation and then asked for another £2.00 that İ then couldn't verify. This is a scam!!! This was through facebook İ might have to cancel my card.

£9.95 taken then £48 from a place in Limassol, emailed company they sent email confirmation to say cancelled now another one for £48 pending for bizereminder been in touch with bank card cancelled hopefully stopped now

This compsny are just thieves, I had never heard of them nor seen them or knew anything about them until I got a $99aud debit out of my bank, I contacted them and they said they could cancel my membership ,( that I didn't sign up for) but couldn't refund my deposit, an hour later I received yet another debit of $80 I rang them n emailed them multiple times and they just refused to refund me. I've contacted my bank and had to cancel my card but this joke of a company are just as bad as common street thieves, how they get away with this is beyond me.if your stupid enough to engage with these ppl then U have been warned. I will now fo all I can O spreading the word . Disgusting

I REPORTED TO THE FRAUD DEPT AT MY BANK WHO PUT A STOP TO MY CARD NOW I CANT USE IT BANK NOW GOING TO SEND ME A NEW BANK CARD ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR DEVICES WAY OF HOOK ME AND OTHER INTO A SUBSCRIPTION NAUGHTY NAUGHTY 🙃

Scam. Really professional Facebook offer for excess M&S stock, for £9.95. I had my suspicions, but worth a punt for £10. But 3 days later (and no communication from them, I find they're about to charge my credit card another £35 - no idea what for. Trying to contact credit card, but, guess what, they are experiencing high call volumes.

This company is scamming people, do NOT use or fall for their offers. I’ve cancelled my credit card and getting issued a new one with a different account number. They are trying to take £9.95 at the moment but my credit card company will not pay it on my behalf. I have spent over 2 hours chatting to them online, but they craftily say they will go and look into it, but because they take so long the online chat ends! How convenient!!!! I would not even give them one star, but there are no minus stars and you have to tick one to write a review. Please do not be fooled like me.
