This company is scamming people

This company is scamming people, do NOT use or fall for their offers. I’ve cancelled my credit card and getting issued a new one with a different account number. They are trying to take £9.95 at the moment but my credit card company will not pay it on my behalf. I have spent over 2 hours chatting to them online, but they craftily say they will go and look into it, but because they take so long the online chat ends! How convenient!!!! I would not even give them one star, but there are no minus stars and you have to tick one to write a review. Please do not be fooled like me.

Scammers

Scammers! They operate by taking a £9.95 payment from a purchase on Facebook (you'll never receive the goods) and then charging £37.00 per month for an unauthorised subscription. It's amazing that the credit card companies still facilitate their operation.

Avoid these thieving scammers at all…

Avoid these thieving scammers at all costs.
I was stupidly fooled into believing I was purchasing the boots offer for £9.95 and at no point did I see anything or agree to a subscription. A subscription to what exactly?? As no email confirmation and no goods received within 48hrs as promised.
So you think it’s ok to just take peoples money that they have worked for?? Absolutely disgraceful and cannot believe they are getting away with this. Which they won’t be getting another penny out of my account as I’ve reported them to the fraud team at my bank and froze my card 😡

I purchased something via Boots which…

I purchased something via Boots which was £9.95 on the 19th May via Facebook (stupid i know) and i checked it out or at least I thought I had. What i wasnt aware is that you are actually enrolling to their membership until I noticed £37.00 coming out of my account in the 21st May. I emailed them and they sent an email back apologising and said they would cancel my membership and close my account immediately. The £37 did not go out therefore I presumed everything was OK until I checked my account again on the 23rd May and again £37 taken out of my account. I contacted them again and asked why after my account and membership had been closed and asked for my £37 to be returned. They sent an email back to say sorry can't refund but assured me my account and membership had been cancelled and it won't happen again. This is just not acceptable. I contacted my bank and have cancelled my card so they won't be able to get anymore. Apparently you have a 3 day trial period to cancel your membership after the initial purchase but I never even got an email to be able to. DONT TOUCH THEM UNDET ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I did cancel my membership within 3 days so how does that work then.
