Hey Thomas, thanks for sharing this, and for being a long-time daily user.

We know the new workspace introduced more depth, but in some cases that’s come with extra steps, especially in fast workflows like cold calling. That’s not the experience we’re aiming for.

We spoke with you earlier this week and really appreciated the detailed feedback. A lot of what you raised (navigation between entities, extra clicks, clarity around “main entity”) is already being worked on.

The goal of this update is to give more flexibility without slowing you down, and we’re actively improving the areas where it currently does.

This is similar to how Google indexes business information, and it's fully compliant with GDPR.
