We are on the eve of a fairly major renovation involving quite a lot of money. Coming from the business world, I am used to having a creditworthiness check carried out for large projects. Although a Chamber of Commerce number is registered at my private address, searching for an agency was still difficult. Graydon helped me excellently with this. Special thanks to Jelle Roozenbeek.

Off to a rocky start - due to the onboarding demonstration being in Dutch, language and time barrier difficulties with me in Australia.
I was offered a one-on-one walkthrough of the portal at a convenient time.
The portal is very extensive and provides all necessary data to make informed decisions.

Great experience in receiving the data I required! Stefan Sel, the individual responsible for my interaction, was extremely serviceable and quick to action. Very little time passed since the initial inquiry, so I'm extremely pleased with the initiative taken! Only criticism was the phone call quality, which made things a bit tough to follow at times.

Had a short chat with Jelle Roozenbeek and already a vew moments later the financial report I asked for.

I've used Credit Safe a few times now, and each time the support from Stefan was amazing. After you fill out the form, not even 15 later you will get called. The information they give is also really useful for making reports.
