totally dissatisfied
I purchased three Madamelis kits and felt that they were different from normal. It doesn't smell, it doesn't smoke and I've had complaints from customers who say it doesn't straighten. I bought another brand, Zap, which I was also used to using and I had the same problem, weak product, it seems like it was mixed with water, it didn't smooth out. I have been working with these products for over 10 years and this is the first time this has happened. I'm at a loss because in addition to having the products stopped, I had to refund my customers.

These products had packaging changes and unfortunately the brands don't always inform us about formula changes, we were only told about the change in packaging.
I can guarantee that our products are all original, we receive them directly from the factory, so they are not counterfeit or altered.
What can have happened is that the product oxidized, which is common in some cases.
Please let us know if anything is wrong with the product, such as consistency and color, on the day you receive it, before using it on someone, so that we can check it.
Unfortunately, according to our policies, if the product has already been used/opened, we cannot refund or exchange it.
