My experience wasn’t very good.
My order arrived on time and I received enough information about the delivery and tracking method.But the box was opened, the hair products were licking… the box didn’t have a fragile signed on…
Unfortunately, I wasn’t lucky regarding the hair products either . The Soul care organic therapy kit didn’t work at all on my hair… I am really dissatisfied … According to the BKeratin website the keratin treatment would a perfect straightener option, but it just got rid of the frizz , nothing else.

The products arrived on time
The products arrived on time, great service, but I was not happy with the product. My product has no effect, I tend to redo the progressive wm 3 clients with another product because the product I bought has no effect, has no effect, doesn't reduce the volume, it leaves the hair super damage, it seems I didn't apply anything.

Sweet products in my opinion are one of the best straightening systems you can get, it leaves hair silky soft and the fact that you can use it safely on bleached hair is perfect. You can still curl your hair after having it done, there is no frizz even on the most humid days. BKeratin were amazing with customer service and delivery was fairly fast .
