He listened very carefully to my needs and desires and subsequently he guided me through the whole process, explained what is going at the moment and what is coming. Black Brick has been managing my home in London for the better part of five years. But for them, and their outstanding team led by Sophie, I would not be able to keep up with routine maintenace and management issues as a part time resident. The team's weekly visits to our London pied a terre, along with their detailed checklist of all systems in the flat, assure that all is well while we are at our primary residence many thousands of miles away.
