After setting up my store on their…

After setting up my store on their website and tried ordering a few of my samples, it kept saying, "error"no matter what I did. The prices for customers and developers are ridiculously high. I give them a 0. They couldn't get a positive rating from if they tried after all of this. They need to be reported and shut down. Too many companies falsely advertising.

They steal pictures from other people…

They steal pictures from other people listings on other sites (like eBay and Mercari) for their products. So you're not actually taking seeing the real product you're going to get. That is if they even have it or if it's just a scam I don't know !Sketchy!

Excellent service over busy Christmas period

After I placed my order I read a lot of negative reviews about this company and I admit I was concerned.

I knew I had just missed the delivery deadline for Christmas delivery to the UK but after a couple of weeks I did email the company asking for a progress update as my order had been processing for a while.

Gilbert Spring got back to me in a timely manner and provided a tracking number which he said would be live in a few days. He was true to his word and I was soon able to track the progress of my order from the USA to UK. The package arrived in the country before Christmas, but understandably, due to huge amounts of parcels bringing sent, Royal Mail ( the UK postal service) did not get the parcel until Christmas Eve and as there are no deliveries on 25/26 December, did not deliver until today, 27th December.

I very happy with the tee shirt and very happy with the ordering/ delivery process.

I know this is a long review but I wanted to reach out to potential customers and say that I had no issues at all and would happily order again.

No support, lied about shipping times

I placed an order on December 1 and my order hasn't even been made yet. I have tried contacting support numerous times and no one has reached out to me. When I ordered it said my package would arrive by December 22 which I don't see happening

I'd leave no stars if I could

I'd leave no stars if I could. Refused to ship my item for 3 weeks. Lied and said it was shipped. I checked tracking 3 days later and it was still waiting for pick up. Only shipped when I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service.

If I could give this company zero…

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order 11/16. It’s 12/9 and I still have not received it. I reached out to the owner, Mark Amaya, who responded once via email and then went MIA. He only responded when I called him and his company out on Instagram. He said he is focused on dealing with his sick mom - which he said to me back in November. But yet, he has time to create posts and stories for social media. He didn’t even apologize and instead turned it around on me!!! He absolutely should not be running a business.

SCAM Never received my item

We are reviewing your order daily and there has been no change. i order 4 chrismas wreath 60 inch and then got 1 3inch toy wreath . and after that no answer. it is a scam do not buy from here at all

The worst shipment company ever. An order sent the 24th from Germany, today 04/12/25 it’s still traveling I don’t know where (the tracking system is ridiculous). They are probably using horsemen or so… The worst company ever

Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible customer service. They lie and keep your money. I received a tshirt with a stain on it and they were going to replace it. Haven't heard a word since. No answer to my repeated inquiries.
Worst business I have ever dealt with. Save your money!

Do not buy anything from them

Do not buy anything from them. They noted a tracking number which worked fine the second time but when the package arrived it had been repackaged, sent from chicago vs ireland or china and then the postal service wanted ME to pay for postage!! I refused the package and found out later that day that the package I refused was actually the one I was waiting on...

Tee with error never refunded or replaced

My tee came with the a shadow printing from another design on the back. I asked for a replacement or refund in Feb. 2025 and followed up every month to the present (Nov. 2, 2025). Effusive replies every time but no tee or refund. Just a robot sending emails.

Never received my item

Never received my item, contacted them multiple times over a spread of multiple weeks always the same story. We are reviewing your order daily and there has been no change. I ordered a tank top back in June 2025 hoping to be able to wear it for summer. Well it's almost November. I recommend not ordering from Spring or Teespring.

***Update***
I had just received my order... Just over 7 months later. Over a dozen emails demanding confirmation that my order was cancelled and my money refunded. They had responded in an untimely manner prior to my request for cancellation 5 months after ordering as requested to me by the one responding to my emails. After I finally caved and cancelled, they never responded. To wrap this up, I'd still recommend NOT ordering from Spring/Teespring!

0 stars!!!!

I would put 0 stars because that is what they deserve. This company does NOT fulfill orders and does not give you option to cancel order. I placed and order in July and they say they are working to expedite the order. Still in production. Then they only response once I file dispute on credit card charge. I replied to that email same day (9/14/25) today is September 25 th (9days later) no response. Really said and this website should be shut down!
