I just joined the people scammed by…

I just joined the people scammed by Spring via a Youtuber's store. The Youtube guy is legitimate, I know him, so it's not his fault. I processed an order, never received an order confirmation email. Multiple support forms submitted, multiple emails to them with zero response. Their chat option always say "offline". I got a case number promising a response "in the next 24 business hours". That was seven days ago. Their phone numbers don't work. there is no way to speak with an actual person. Wasn't a big amount, but still crappy. Do not order anything from this company. Read the other reviews. Scam company.

Do Not Trust This Place!!!

I ordered a hoodie from my favorite YouTuber, as my birthday present to myself. I was so excited & had wanted one for so long! It said it was in production & my estimated delivery date was Jan 3rd. That day came & went & still no update. I reached out for support & was told they didn’t have an eta, could be weeks, could be months, due to some issues in their production department. So I waited longer. A couple weeks later, I asked for another update & was told nothing had changed but if I wanted a refund, they would have to get it cleared through the production team. I really wanted the hoodie so I said I’d give them more time. I wrote again in February & was told the same thing. So finally, I gave up & said I wanted the refund. They kept saying they had to wait for the production team to approve it. I don’t see why it would take weeks for them to approve it so I wrote again after a week or two asking what was the hold up with the refund. Their reply was to tell me to stop emailing them & they’ll get back to me on their own time. So I went to my credit card company & filed a dispute. Got my refund very quickly. Then they emailed me back saying they tried to refund me but couldn’t due to the dispute & asked me to cancel the dispute to get a refund faster. SMH. I already had the refund so that was dumb! I will never intentionally use this place again! I had no clue when I placed the order that it would be through them & not the YouTuber I was ordering from! So frustrating cause I still don’t have my hoodie! Wish all influencers knew not to use this place again!

Scam Company

I ordered a shirt on November 3rd, 2024. It has still not come, the website says it's "in production", and has said that since the day after ordering. Every time I reach out, I get a generic response that my order is being "prioritized for production", with absolutely no estimated delivery date. I'm going to just reverse charges with my bank at this point. This company is a scam and doesn't care whatsoever about customers.

I ordered a few things last year and…

I ordered a few things last year and they have still not come. Then I gave up and said I just want a full refund. I heard back from them and they said that one of the items was shipped. Even though I had contacted them before and told them that it's been in processing for far too long. I told them about wanting a full refund even long before. I still have not gotten nothing. I heard about their troubles with losing a US manufacturer that they did business with and just a huge rush for the holidays. But no one should have to wait months and months. I ordered something else from a good place and I got what I ordered in 2 days. So there's no excuse. This company needs to do better and be transparent to its customers. I just want a full refund and just to move on

Never buy anything from Spring

I strongly suggest you never buy anything from this company. Spring doesn't deserve your business.

2-1/2 months waiting for an order and nothing. Of course they had no problem collecting and keeping my money over this period. Reached out twice and got responses that they were having vendor problems on both occasions. Then they tell me I can only cancel order and refund me if their "production department" allows.

There own published Fulfillment Guarantee from their website: "We guarantee to produce all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 10 business days of the order date." Apparently no one at Spring reads what the publish online.

Well, a simple google search and you will see this company, formally Teespring, is apparently being sued by vendors for not paying them for production of products and shipping expenses.

No wonder they can't produce or ship anything...

If your experience mirrors mine, contact your credit card company and reverse the charges. Take your business elsewhere.

i ordered shirts from cheesehead TV that are produced by spring. on placing order on Dec 5 they said would ship by Dec 13 and arrive by Dec 20. 1st shirt shipped Dec 26 still waiting on second shirt to arrive. I had to contact Cheesehead TV to finally get a response from Spring. All they did was apologize for delay in shipping but nothing about there lack of response to my emails

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. I ordered an item at the beginning of November for delivery at the end of the month - it never arrived. I emailed repeatedly asking for them to resend as it was a Christmas gift. I was repeatedly ignored. By 17th December I took to social media where surprised surprise I finally got an answer. I asked for a replacement and a refund given the circumstances. They refused. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Order made in July, no news

Order made in July, was supposed to arrive in november, no news about it. Contacted the support twice, both answer were generic "we are sorry blablabla..." got an answer in the second complaint i sent, supposedly i was going to get it by mid-december. Here we are, mid-december, still no news, no update, nothing, not even the Youtuber i bought the merch from is aware of what's going on, i messaged him privately and he was not told orders were not sent he learned it because he was getting insulted in the comments section... Contacted for a third time the support, no news this time... Really the worst. At least chinese scammers let you know you won't get your order. Never ever use their services, i know i will forever hate this company and never recommand it to anyone i know. i will truly concider a refound if it's not received by the end of the month, product made or not, sent or not, i will file a complaint in my bank and get my money back.

Fraudulent Practices

I ordered 2 t-shirts through the Homestar Runner website. They identify themselves there as Spri.ng by Amaze. I was given an estimated arrival date of 14-15 days. The dates came and passed. I reached out to the company and was told there was a problem with the producer but I was assured they would be up and running by Thanksgiving. Nope. I emailed again and this time, they didn't even respond. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a response. Their email told me to not respond to the email or else I would lose my place in the cancellation line. Oh, okay because that makes sense when you run a business. What kind of a legitimate business cannot provide a refund to a cancelled order without it taking months? So I have learned that they do not have the product that they advertise, they intend to make the product once you order but none of that is known until after you have ordered. It is fraudulent to advertise something you cannot provide especially when you take someone's money with no plan to get them the items. And, never once before I made a payment to this company was there ever any attempt for people to request money from my PayPal account fraudulently, but since I engaged with them, I have had maybe 10 requests. I sent an email earlier today to Spri.ng by Amaze and I had 2 fraudulent requests for money transfers within an hour or so. Steer clear unless you want to tie up your money, be ignored and have your information get into the hands of fraudsters. 0 stars. And Homestar Runner should disengage from this company.

July Issues, its November

ordered a shirt by an animation creator I enjoy, support what you like and all that.

get a shipping window of Nov 26-29, that's thanksgiving week so I figure okay some delays are to be expected in shipping.
oh its still...printing.
okay maybe its holiday backlog (why give me a 10 day order-to-arrival time then?)

so a business quarter and change ago... you knew this, could have changed your estimates to reflect this to the customer.

I still have zero idea when it'll arrive, probably February from what I now look up on Reddit, Merry Christmas.

Hoping for Better Communication from Spring

I received one of the two products I ordered from Spring, but the second has not yet arrived beyond the initial delivery date. I submitted a ticket for an update but haven’t heard back. I hope to see better communication and service for the artists you work with.

I'm from South Africa ordered 4 dress with Fancyspring shop and it's been a month now I haven't received anything yet. I've tried to track my order it shows that it was delivered in Saudi Arabia and it was supposed to be delivered in South Africa 🇿🇦. Tried to send emails they saying I must check with neighbors,families myb they sign on my behalf.How can someone in Saudi Arabia singing my order on my behalf while I'm living in South Africa 🇿🇦 Tried several times to send emails but ' their response is' we did delivered your parcels. trying to explain where is my original country and im not living in Saudi Arabia.Now they're not responding to my emails.
