I'm really happy with the shop! I have already ordered twice and the products were always just as described. Much better quality than any other fast fashion store and much cheaper! I always receive the order within a 7 working days, so even faster than they promise.

I have ordered from BlackBetty on November 2018. The order was received in January 2019, but not entire order and the payment was done totally ramburs. I never received the rest of amount until today. This company it's not serious! IGNORE!!!!

Orders often were mixed or parcels broken, but now i didn't even received the last one (almost 3 months passed).

Don t ever order from Blacketty!!!!!! They sell you diffrent products that show on site!!! The order come after months, and if you return an item, they don t give your money back!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered clothes from blackbetty few times already. OK, it takes usually two weeks to arrive. But last time I waited over three weeks (after two I contacted them and they dispatched my item the same day (but it should be already with me!) so the dispatched date was 02.01 but after I requested the tracking number it showed me that royal mail got it on 07.01. So what happened during these (another) 5 days?). Anyway I love the brand Mohito and Cropp, the quality of clothes is very good for the price. It's just... They should improve the website with tracking number, dispatched date and soever that could calm down the client...

I odered to Romania, the order arrived in 2 weeks, I paid for the order on arrival. The clothes are new with tags, from brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, and others. It is the same quality of clothes that you buy in stores, the items are not faulty.
I highly recommend Blackbetty, my experience was positive.
I wanted to leave this review as others seem to have negative experiences with this site, but in my case all was great and I would order again.

Absolute nightmare- placed an order 3 weeks later had still not recieved a dispatch email - they stated they had delayed shipping and it would be with me by the end of that week and they would refund me shipping (which they didnt do)
Its now another 3weeks later, items have still not been received and now emails are being ignored aswell - I have had to contact paypal to start the lengthy process of getting my money back. AVOID unless u can take the risk of throwing your money away.

Unpleasant experience , I dont think my order has even been processed ! Really had good expectations and made 2 orders. This has been more than 2weeks ago now ;still not received even a despatch email from them . Orders have been confirmed and money taken,for sure. I have already written to their customer service as well, with no answer. Emailed them again and considering of getting the money back as I paid by PayPal. Very messy ,never had this experience with any other websites!

Ordered a few things from BlackBetty.
Sadly one order never turned up, but the ones that did were brilliant. The most amazing nearly luminous ski jacket of superb quality. Smart suit jackets that wash in the machine.
Shirt was a bit thin, but overall very please with purchases especially the suede gloves which I use for driving; very pink and keep my hands lovely and warm.

Never received item. When I contacted the company (says to expect reply in 36 hours), they did gotten back to me. I was eventually refunded but when I contacted the delivery company, they stated that they had not received anything at all, so suspicious that nothing was sent out in the first place. Will not be using again.

Good quality, good brands, matching size, except for trousers - size S, but they were M or L. Longer delivery time. Good three products out of four. So for me - good.

I’ve ordered from Blackbetty 8 times without problem in a span of 4 months. Order is confirmed and shipped immediately and Always received my order within 10 days from despatch. I had 1item refunded immediately without problems too due to wrong size. I will continue to shop on this site as you get branded quality items really cheap.

OMG, it was one of my best decisions to buy clothes from this website! The quality of the clothes is superb! I bought few things from everything5pounds website and their clothes were very poor quality (definately not high street standards), so I was concerned if I'll buy stuff from blackbetty it's going to be the same. Luckily every single item I chose was well made and it was perfect size. Definitely going to buy again. Amazing prices, amazing choices of clothing and good quality!
