I've ordered many times from Blackbetty and everything arrived except for a pair of boot as they run out of stock but I got my money back in my PayPal account immediately. I'm happy with the quality of the clothes and I'd definitely buy again from them.

I have used blackbetty on several occasions and would be loathed to shop elsewhere now. The quality of product for the prices available is unrivalled and fantastic. Every item I've had has been true to size. Be prepared to wait a couple of weeks for your order but this is reflected in the text before the order is placed and in the exceptional value. I would and have recommended blackbetty to any clothing enthusiast

Disappointed

Disappointed to receive an item that had no tags on it and was slightly bobbled! Made me feel like it had been used already. Too much harassment to return as it was just before Christmas.
