I ordered boots from them as a present …

I ordered boots from them as a present to myself for Christmas but didn't try them on when they came.When I tried them on I could see I had been sent a size too small but when I contacted customer service I was told that they wouldn't accept them back as the deadline had passed for returns-even though it was their mistake.One unhappy customer...or ex customer!

Small Packaging!

My only criticism is that the fitted jacket I ordered was packed so compactly it was virtually impossible to get the creases out. Had to spend a couple of hours trying to iron it so wouldn't want to do that again.

Good prices

Good prices, had an issue with sizing on one of my items and they refunded straight away, not made to return item. Great customer service and the charity shop benefited!

Great site with amazing deals

Great site with amazing deals , only bad thing is that if you order two or more things you need to pay delivery charge for every item witch is not very convenient
