Love this website

At fist I had my doubts to order regarding quality because of the prices. So far I've received 3 orders from Blackbetty and all items are just amazing! I definitely recommend this site. The customer service is also very friendly and helpful.

Great website! Will be ordering again soon

Great website!! I have bought some amazing and top quality items from BlackBetty and I will be ordering again soon. My last order was super speedy and I had a superb outfit from Coat, Shoes, dress and scarf for a little over £35. Bargain! Thank you BlackBetty!

Good quality

Ordered a few items of clothing. Couple of shirts, pair of jeans, jacket, jumpers x2.
Overall, was very satisfied with the fit and quality.
Took a 2-3 weeks for delivery so bear that in mind when ordering. Have already recommended BB to my daughters

Good product and experience but slow delivery

My purchase came in good condition, well sealed.

When I opened the package the label attached the the jumper had been cut up, I presume the price had been cut off. And no paper receipt/returns label was included.

Delivery was quite slow (2-3 weeks) however this is not a big issue.

The jumper itself was excellent fit and exactly as described, although a little itchy.

Overall a good experience with the seller. I would buy again.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Worked out more expensive than I thought because of postage and looked like it had been screwed up in a ball first. The picture looked more like a tunic length. It's only jumper length and it's a batwing. Nothing like the picture. I'd nearly given up on it arriving. Not sure I'd bother again

The quaily of clothes I have received was not good at all... but returning policy is bad too because it costs too much so no point to return but to give them to charity....
