Clothes are at great prices, however

Clothes are at great prices! My review would have had more stars if I had found customer service a bit better! My tracking number was incorrect and I tried multiple times to contact customer service. I eventually got a reply but my goods were already with me.. quite slow shipping! Be prepared to wait 2+ weeks

Questionable 'brands', but alright clothes.

Everything arrived and was of a decent quality, however the "well known brands" turned out to be a Polish store I had never heard of.
I managed to find the exact items I'd brought on their website, and the prices were exactly the same. No major discount at all.
If you're looking for cheap clothes it's alright, but I was disappointed by their suggestion that you were getting a bargain from a well known brand.

Absolutely awful

The items looked as if they had been tried on and were creased and not good - more like jumble sale items, no paperwork with the parcel and no returns slip. I have e-mailed asking for a refund and asking how to retun the items but have been ignored.

Awful experience with Black Betty!

Awful experience with Black Betty!
Items I received where of terrible quality.
Buttons hanging off itemas all creased and really cheap fabric.
I contacted to acquire the returns address and was told that there wasn’t one as they where changing offices.
That was before Christmas.
I am still waiting for the address and a refund!
Will not be shopping here again.
