I am rating Black Betty as poor due to … packaging and quality of goods

I am rating Black Betty as poor due to the fact that I have placed two separate orders. The first order for three items was OK as a whole despite the dress I ordered being of very poor quality and I don't believe for a second it could ever have been the original price shown. The second order however which was for a singular dress arrived and I was immensely disappointed, it was screwed up like someone had tried it on previously and then just shoved it back into the plastic bag, it did not have any tags on it (unlike the previous items I purchased) so for all I know it could have been worn and it was in no way ever the correct size, the dress was huge. For the price I paid it wasn't worth my effort sending it back, however I will not be ordering from Black Betty ever again.

I like the idea

I like the idea and my items have always been ok. My first item was faulty but I got a refund and a voucher code, the second was the wrong colour but I liked it anyway. I like the principle and would recommend.

Quality items at a low price! Happy customer.

So far I've received two orders from Blackbetty. I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of items. My only negative is that it would be beneficial to have more info on the fitting of the item including the size and height of the model wearing the item and perhaps a few measurements. I would order a lot more if I have a better idea of how the items will fit.
