Avoid at all cost like the plaque
Avoid at all cost. Very very unprofessional. We have 1 month or less to give tribunal reply and the person at this place, gave a email after phoning him. I sent all documents via email. Then after doing this I have been told it will take him more then a hour to download 30 images. It took me about 1 hours to take photos of them, find (they were misplaced by me) and upload them but it would take a solicitor more then a hour just to download. I was told he would back to me next day. He wasted over a week and I contacted him, but gave me same reply .ie we will get back to you tomorrow. So after sending documents wasting time explaining the situation. I am in same position. Actually worse because of this person incompetence I have lost a week from submission date. I would urge if you do not want your time wasted and not get anything done. Avoid like the plague.
