Dealt with Stephen when selling my car, was very fair and honest and was completely different from the typical car sales stereotype.
Was some negotiation on price but end result was fair and accurate for the both parties.

From the first phone call enquiry to collecting the car. I was really impressed with the customer service I received. It was a friendly environment and made you feel very comfortable, nothing pushy or trying to rush the sale. I would definitely recommend them and hopefully use them again myself.

Blackburns agreed to purchase my car through Motorway. They were very professional through the process, good communications and agreed to travel very early in the day to pick-up the car allowing me to get to work that morning.

Car was delivered by Steve, who provided an excellent service, explaining everything I needed to know about car! Sold my audi q7 to these guys on motorway - Stephen came to pick the car up (no haggling about the price but I was up front and honest about the car) - we had a coffee when the payment to the finance company and into my bank was made - he showed me screenshots of the payments and his driving licence as ID - the guy was very pleasant and his professional Manor made the whole process very easy - next time I'm cutting out the middle man and going straight to these guys - overall a very easy process and I would highly recommend them

Fantastic garage! A great selection of high spec cars with a relaxed atmosphere in the garage. Matt was generous with his knowledge and excellent communication throughout the part exchange and buying of a new car. The car was spotless and gleaming sitting on the forecourt when I came to collect it.

Travelled from Falkirk down to Blackburns garage to see the BMW 4 Series Grand Coupe they have in stock currently. Staff were awesome, cars are in immaculate condition being an extremely picky car guy myself. Car’s are all prepped the proper way unlike your average street garage. Although the car was a bit too big for my personal taste, that was the only thing stopping me from purchasing here otherwise it’s a no brainier. I personally dealt with Ian who ran through all the specs, was never pushy at any point, really fair, had an overall great chat and a good laugh! Cant recommend this place enough. Also very well priced for trade in, which is quite rare at the moment. Ian also offered to pick us up if we chose to come down by train which I thought was a nice gesture.

Service was fantastic, from viewing the car to driving it away, I cannot rate the team at Blackburns highly enough!
