Really pleased with new low mileage Jaguar XE. Blackburns were nice people with whom to do business. Car was excellently presented and in immaculate condition.

This week I sold my car to Stephen & Harry at Blackburns. A fantastic service all round. Great communication, open, honest and transparent. it can be a nervous time selling a car at distance with an outstanding finance on the car for both parties involved but Stephen took care of everything. I advertised the car online via auto trader and Harry got in touch. A price was agreed and details exchanged. Blackburns paid a deposit for the car, agreed collection and on the day arrived promptly. Stephen contacted Harry with me via phone, paid the funds directly to the finance company, had the remaining balance paid to me directly and ensured all funds where received before setting off with the car. Start to finish, no issues or problems, very reassuring from Stephen and made reluctant sale of my prized possession a little easier. Stephen & Harry are a credit to Blackburns and a fine job well done.

If you want to buy a car and it’s being sold at Blackburns UK then you will be buying from the best. We have not bought a car for 7 years so was a but nervous and felt a bit new again but Matt was awesome. We were offered a good part ex price for our car and the car we now have we love. Matt even managed to get us a boot liner when I mentioned it over the phone a few days before going up to view and purchase. Thank you Matt and team

Sold my car to Blackburns via Motorway. The process with Blackburns was slick and efficient. Stephen contacted me to advise the time and date the car would be collected and what the process was. Stephen arrived and checked car over to ensure my description was accurate etc and then went over how payments would be made to me and finance settlement, spoke to a Colleague on the phone to confirm account details and payment into my account was immediate, this was followed up by being shown payment being made to
Finance company and asked me to confirm that it had done. All in all smooth process with payments made as advised

I purchased an x6 from these and the service was fantastic couldn’t fault that part. Two weeks later the rear air suspension failed and needed a new bag. After going back and fourth it got sorted around a four days later. After installed which I had to arrange and keep the cost low as possible the air compressor then packed in. Again I had to go back and fourth to arrange the part and the fitting to be told the car was fine when I drove away. Overall the service was great but the after sales was shocking. Yes I had the parts paid for but if I didn’t know people in the trade to sort this I would have been without a car for over 4 weeks as that’s what bmw were telling me as the part was on back order. Like most dealers they’re happy to take your money but don’t want to repair faults that occur after two weeks of owning. I would have happily gone back but but after the issues and the messing I had to do to get my car fixed I wouldn’t go back

This was our first experience with Blackburn's, and we were not disappointed with the service. Matty and Ian were extremely professional and made the purchase of our Range Rover Sport seamless. We travelled by train from Glasgow, we were met at the station and taken to the garage to view the car. Everything Matty had told us about the car was honest and accurate, they provide a very personal service. Called up last Thursday and did the deal on the phone. Part Ex agreed, finance in place, private plate transferred, paperwork all done. Picked the car up today (Sat 1/10/22). New CLS as described, cannot fault them, not pushy salesmen at all. Even arranged for new 3D gel plates to be made and sent to my home FOC which was unexpected and very welcome. Thanks fellas its been a pleasure.

Bought a car from Matt @ Blackburns Aug 22,during the process Matt kept on telling us how good their warranty set up was saying how they had helped customers who had bought cars from them in the past,but warranty had expired,because that was the sort of business they were.
I spoke to Matt 3times on 12th Sept regarding a tyre issue,the tyre was running off on the outer edge,which was like this when I picked car up,but the tyre had that much tyre wall paint on it it looked ok in showroom under the lights.But after running car for a little while & tyre paint wearing off I could see the extent of the wear.I had a tyre fitter check tyre who believed tyre had been swapped from front & said tyre should have been at least advised at m.o.t. I spoke to Matt about a replacement tyre, he said he would contribute towards a new tyre but only a cheap budget which is not really the answer as car running on premium tyres& not good idea to mix tyres which Matt should know this. He was going to be back to me regarding issue but here we are Oct 1st still no call.
They obviously use a different teqnique when trying to sell cars, than they use in aftersales/aftercare.
Would have been 5 star review had after sales been as good as actual sales.

Excellent friendly service. All paperwork completed within a couple of hours. Car was ready to go when stated. Smooth purchase from start to finish.

It was a pleasure dealing with Matty at Blackburns. The vehicle was well presented. Matty allowed time and space to view the car, was never pushy or intrusive. The whole experience of viewing, prep and handover where conducted with absolute clarity and professionalism. I would definitely use this dealership again. Nothing was to much trouble.

Excellent service & experience
This was my first time purchasing a car without seeing it & taking it for a test drive first so I was very nervous about it all in the beginning. My first contact Matt was very informative & gave me the reassurance & confidence I needed to go ahead with the purchase. The vehicle was delivered as promised at the arranged time to my home 6 hours away by Stephen who again filled me with confidence as we walked around the vehicle for inspection. We noticed 1 tiny part missing from the parcel shelf so he was on the phone immediately to order the part which arrived a few days later. I have also been told to get in touch if I have any other issues with the vehicle. This whole experience has been excellelent from the very beginning & I would highly recommend them as a company to deal with & purchase a vehicle from where ever you live in the UK.

Could not ask for more, bought a BMW 640d Gran Coupe for business travel, the car was like new inside and out, Mattie was easy going and let me take as much time as I wanted to look around the car and take it for a test drive, whilst given some great advise around financing. A month on and couldn’t be happier with the car or the dealership! Will be buying all my cars from here in the future!

Just taken delivery of my new car from Blackburn's UK, and from start to finish the service provided by Ian and Matty has been really excellent. I was trading in two cars against the new one, both with private plates on, and Ian has been fabulous at getting everything sorted to make the plate changes as painless as possible for me. Both the new car price and trade-in deals felt very fair, my new car is exactly as described, and the delivery service made it all so simple. A happy customer.

Recently bought a car from Blackburns, and from the moment of making the enquiry online about it to actually buying it, was a seem-less experience. Ian was fantastic. Friendly, no hard sell, informative and extremely helpful. He clearly cares about what he does and even more so about his customers.

The car itself is more than I expected - the listing itself was right when it said it didn’t do it justice.

Bought a Range Rover sport from Blackburn's in Darlington last month. Their customer service and turnaround time from me visiting the garage to driving my car away was excellent and I was kept up to date with what was going on throughout. The guys in the garage are helpful, knowledgeable and I got my car at a very fair price. Thank you all!
