Super impressed, noticed a big change with the injectors i bought

Called black clud looking for information on a clutch for my truck, and they spent around 45 minuets on the phone with me going over the pros and cons of different clutches, with no pressure to order from them. After the excellent customer service, I naturally ordered from them and my parts where shipped quickly, with tracking numbers. Will definitely turn to them in the future for my parts needs.

Purchsed a southbend clutch love it great price

I purchased a South Bend dual disc clutch kit, input shaft, and hydraulic upgrade from Black Cloud Diesel. The shipping was reasonably quick for the items they came all together and with detailed packing lists. I look forward to my next purchase from BCD.

I ordered my clutch online and then called later to revise my order. they answered my questions and helped me pick out the right clutch for my truck/driving needs. Very helpful and fast shipping. Will probably never need another clutch in this truck but I know where to refer my friends.

Ordered a south bend clutch and received it quickly. They offered it at the lowest MAP price. The person on the phone was courteous and somewhat able to advise me on the right product for me. I couldn't decide if I wanted the slightly heavier duty version. Glad I didn't get it. This one grabbed like crazy for the first 600 miles and now after 1500 is working perfect.

I took a chance on ordering a pipe site unseen , well a 6"×36" Aussie cut single stack to be exact and I was a bit nervous about getting it and it not looking like the pictures and not being good quality but as I hunted down the ups guy I got home and opened the box which I was also worried about as far as being bet up from shipping goes but it was fine, looks like they took care in packing it, not just throwing it in a box. Then I pulled the pipe out and damn it was even better than I expected, I love it, it's Awesome!!!!! And ordering was very easy. I was bragging it up at work today and its not even on the truck yet, can't wait to hook it up and roll some smoke out of my big sexy stack. The guys at BlackCloudDiesel should be proud to put out such a fine product.

Anticipating the delivery, I got a little anxious about the time it took to deliver. In retrospect the shipping time was reasonable. Three (3) very heavy packages arrived in good shape with all the parts as advertised. Ron's Tire of Framingham, MA installed the clutch with all the parts in two (2) days, (it's a 3500 Ram). When I came in to pick it up, Ron, the owner, told me to speak to the mechanic. The long story short he was impressed with the quality and the flawless OEM swap. Website is easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for very easily. And when I had a question, the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. I was nice talking with someone who knew what they were talking about regarding the parts I needed.
