super efficient - super helpful - super fast
very happy with service offered by Marge from blackcloud diesel. Havent yet installed my chip but speed and ability to track the item into australia was A1. took longer to get from sydney to me than from US TO AUS. I will definitely be back.

Clutch clutch BOOM!
South Bend really makes a fantastic product! I called their office twice to make sure I was buying the right product and installing it correctly, and they where very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was straight forward, and I can actually put my power to the ground. Major kudos! And Black Cloud had the best price with fantastic shipping speed.

Efficient is certainly the word that comes to mind.
Black Cloud Diesel were prompt to answer all queries & in keeping you up to date with what was going on with the order. It was then shipped in a timelt manner with no problems. Unfortunately they don't send an invoice with the shipment but they did inform me of that & so I was able to put things in place so as to keep the shipment moving. Great job!
