I have an e99 Ford F-350 and needed to order injectors. After reviewing all of my options, I call BCD and spent time on the phone with them. They answered all of my questions, didn't pressure me into something I didn't want offered valuable suggestions. I will buy from them again!

Grest customer service and very knowledgeable. Everything was shipped promptly and arrived on time. Greats folks there.

None of the pipe joints fit together. In the end it cost me hours of frustration and an additional $300 for an exhaust shop to cut and weld everything together. I'm pretty mechanical but it was clear these parts weren't test fit and the female ends of the pipes were not opened up enough to slide them together. The exhaust shop couldn't even heat up the pipes and make it work, so it was cut and welded to fit. It's very dissapointing, I ordered this kit so I could do it myself and save some money.

It is always scary purchasing expensive parts online. We received my son's new clutch with lost bolts (I am guessing from a small hole in the box) and a small part that may have been damaged in transport or shipping. I contacted "Jerry" in customer service and he quickly resolved the problem. The items that we needed were shipped out the same day. I only wish all businesses treated their customers like Black Cloud Diesel.

We installed the southbendz dual plate clutch in our previous dodge, and what a difference in towing and performance in general. We ordered another and installed it! Thank you guys for an awesome replacement!

My parts were supposed to take 2-6 weeks and came in less then 1 week. Great fast service wood highly recommend black cloud diesel to anybody I know who needs diesel parts I know I'll use them again

I ordered a stack kit with stacka and they werent able to get in what i was wanting for 2+ months and wouldnt refund my order so now i have parts with no purpose of them

Ordered on 12 November order did not go into south bend until 16 November did not get clutch until 20 November sent UPS when requested FedEx

I was looking for a pair of exhaust stacks to use in a unique application where they would serve as the backbone of a tradeshow display. Not only was Gary extremely helpful in advising which pipes to use and how, he ensured everything was shipped and received by us in ample time for fabrication. The stacks and extensions worked exactly as Gary assured us they would and we now have a client that is blown away with how cool his computer kiosks look. Wish I could post a photo of our finished produce is my only regret. Thanks to all at Black Cloud who made my company and my client's company look so good!

Just installed it and it is perfect. Supper smooth and easy shifting. The clutch petal is a little stiff but still good.

Black Cloud Diesel supplied me with the parts I needed to repair my Duramax diesel. When I had questions and called them for help the person I talked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I was referred to them by a mechanic friend, he did not steer me wrong. I am happy to give them a five star rating.

Bought a south bend clutch shipping was quick and free. Products arrived in good condition. Haven't installed it yet but should get to it this week.

From the answering of the phone, to the assistance and swift delivery, our experience was great. Customer service, knowledge of their products and general friendliness are the standout aspects of our transaction. Would definitely use Black Cloud Diesel again, and recommend to anybody!

I spoke with Gary for a least 30 minutes about my 6.0 issues, my motor ran really rough, cold start, missing, and smoking liked it needed new injectors.
Gary told me to try REV-X 1st and see what happens first before I go any further.
But after listening to him and he explained to me what's happens with type of issues in these 6.0 motors, some what reluctant with these type of quick remedys in past experiences.
So I drained the oil and put in Synthetic AMSOIL 5W /15 with 2- bottles
of REV-X and what unbelievable transformation. I thought it was a new motor, I means all symptoms had disappeared in about 6 hours of running the motor.
Bottom line he could of sold me set of injectors which I was prepared to buy anyway because of 156000 miles on them now.
So they didn't try to sell me stuff i didn't need yet.. and again I was never a big believer in the so call tune up in bottle remedy.
Let me say that it was the best $300.00 I spent for the RIGHT type of oil and additive I ever uesd with amazing results.
I am a believer now.. Thanks you Black Cloud Diesel...!

Ordered the twin disk clutch for my 95 7.3 with the cryo treatment and couldn't be more impressed with its performance while it's overkill for what my truck pushes to the wheels right now it's extremely streetable and its a great track/street/daily clutch
