It went together simple, chasing ups to get it wasn't cool.

The clutch is great so far the engagement into 1st gear and reverse are lots better than the stock clutch no jumping around when backing up(grabby). I put it in my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 g56 6 speed. So far so good.

I would not have any problems using yall again.great people easy to deal with

Blackcloud answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly. Emails were also received in a timely manner. However, the site says it takes around five days for the shop to rebuilt 6 injectors. I am on my 10th day not including weekends. I emailed them and they said they won't be done until next Tuesday or Wednesday. That's 7 days over shop time. I would have liked to receive a call or email saying they were busy or running late.

Great product and great performance. The issue I have is not with the products but with the slow processing once the order was placed. It took a phone call after waiting two weeks without a word regarding a shipping date. Once the office was contacted they 3-day shipped only the clutch to me. The fly wheel was sent on a 4-day ship. When I spoke to the office they assured me that the clutch kit I ordered would be sent 3-day shipping as they were aware of the time crunch I was up against. the 4-day ship of the fly wheel caused the engine install to be put off by six months. I highly recommend to any purchasing clutch kits that once an order is placed, contact south bend to verify that processing is done in a timely manner and that both the clutch and fly wheel get shipped out at the same time. Again I have no problem with the product just the processing and shipping delays.

This was an awesome product. It was nice seeing the clutch out of the box. after the install. This new clutch uses less force on the pedal to engage. very smooth action. Will recommend to anybody I come across that needs a new clutch for the diesel. Buy the entire kit don't just buy clutch plate.Perfect match when you do. Very easy to install.

I got my 5 inch dual stack kit as ordered. Read the detailed installation instructions (thanks for those), gave everything a flat black high temp paint job and proceeded with the installation. All went very well. I went from a single stack 4 inch pipe, to the dual stack 5 inch pipe. All the parts fit well and went together perfectly, and look great in back of my 1999 F-250. Who says when you hit 58 years old you can't have any fun, ha.
