Buying a refurbished Dell Lattitude 5430.
Product was as described and with the specifications expected. Filters were extensive so I could target exactly what I wanted. 10% discount was straight forward. Delivery was prompt. Packaging was excellent. Laptop was setup to work from the start. Would have liked information about condition of battery as part of the filter but you can get this sort of information by messaging.
Would happily deal with them again.

I was looking for a small-sized laptop for use when travelling and, on considering a refurbished machine would suit my requirements and budget, found Blackmore IT online. I had a couple of questions which they answered very quickly and clearly and then I proceeded to place my online order. I was really impressed by just how soon I received my laptop - and even more so to discover its excellent condition which was even better than I had expected. Exactly what I wanted. Upgrades were cheap and installed very quickly. Slight cosmetic damage but worked well. Slight problem with getting discount but was resolved immediately. Excellent service.
