Great laptop; good price
Laptop arrived on time. Good price and condition. The only thing that was a little bit confusing was that the info sheet that came with it stated 2 drives with 8FB RAM rather than 16 GB RAM.
So at first I thought I had received a laptop with only 8 GB RAM. But I checked in the settings and was satisfied that it had 16 GB RAM.

Very happy with the product.
Darren was very helpful in advising and helping me with my choice. PC works perfectly, as expected. Only issue was delivery which I was told would be next day. It wasn't, but no great hardship.

IOutstanding service from Black more IT
I would sincerely like to thank Blackmore IT for the amazing service provided. I had a glitch in the system that I couldn't solve. I even tried microsoft support who after half an hour could not solve the problem. As I live relatively close to Blackmore I phone Daren who said bring it in and we will sort it. Duly delivered repaired and received my computer back the following morning
In this day and age you can only applaud service like that. I would recommend Blackmore IT to any one.

Impressed with the trouble they went to installing Linux Mint on the laptop. Saved me a lot of hassle. All working well. I was impressed they even offered a Linux install.

Bought a refurbished MS surface laptop
Bought a refurbished MS surface laptop. Easy website to use. Arrived quickly. Due to a tiny bubble in the top corner of the screen it was a great price. Can barely see the fault. Laptop works great and straight out of the box. Very happy.
