I ordered a music boxing machine thinking this was a UK company. It's NOT!! Item was shipped from CHINA. When it eventually arrived it was wrapped in bubble wrap with no box, no charger and looks like a used item. One of the pads isn't working. I emailed and they offered a 100% refund or replacement. I wanted the refund. Then I was offered 30% or return item to CHINA for full refund. It costs more to return!!!! The item is faulty and not fit for purpose. I have raised a dispute with my bank for the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Scam company

Scam company. Heated gloves were not as described and did not work. Offered 20% then 30% discount before being told had to pay for tracked courier to China to get full refund. Fortunately I'd paid with visa so got money back through them

I wish I had looked on here before my purchase!
Ordered a heated jacket for £79.00 for my birthday, it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, the packaging looked like it was shipped from a secondhand selling site from a seller that wasn’t to careful with packaging it. Did not look like it was from a reputable company’s packaging at all.
The jacket itself was poorly made with thread hanging from different part of the jacket.
As this was a jacket that requires a battery to operate I was skeptical of the safety and therefore decided to return.
I contacted the company and requested return. (I was within their returns policy)
Initially speedy replies mostly around 1am from ‘Jeannie’ who offered me a replacement and no need to return the jacket! I said I was not happy with this and would like a refund. I was then offered 30% discount and to keep the jacket, again I said I would rather a refund.
She then accepted and forward me the returns address to china! This would have cost me around £30!!! I contacted and Jeannie replied providing me the UK address.
I have since returned the jacket, have proof of delivery and I have not received a refund.
I am now having to water my time to look into getting my money back somehow and begin to report the company.
I have learnt a valuable lesson here!

Avoid scam company

Would rate zero stars if I could. Website presents as European based, it is Chinese. No indication of delivery time so I tried to cancel 2 hours after ordering. Was told item had already been dispatched so refund not possible until item delivered. 2.5 weeks later no update on tracking number since 8th November. Item hasn’t arrived. Customer service refuse to confirm I can return item to address in UK. I have informed Mastercard as believe I have lost £119.

Do Not Buy

Do not buy anything from this site. Misleading as you’d think they were European also as the price tag is hefty too you don’t doubt the site until no delivery. When you do eventually get your product it’s naff and poor quality.

Just received my Rapid Cyclist Shoes…

Just received my Rapid Cyclist Shoes order. They feel really flimsy and poor quality. First time I put them on the laces toggle snapped off and resulted in a welt on my finger that’s still visible two days on. Would have rated this one star, but they survived one bike ride, so jury out,but it’s not looking hopeful. Won’t be going back to BlackNorway.

Ordered a heated gilet

Ordered a heated gilet, it took about two weeks to arrive. During this time I checked reviews and was worried I may have been scammed I emailed the company and received a prompt and helpful response from Jeannie. The product arrived a few days later, it is exactly as described so I cannot fault this company at all.

This is a Chinese Company

Their website makes out that they are a UK based company, but their products ship from China. I would not have ordered if I had known. I wanted my item in a few days not weeks or months. As I say, there is no mention of this at all, when you got to checkout it should clearly state that delivery will be e.g 3 weeks. Still not got the product yet, but I've already had to buy an alternative because I needed it pretty much right away. Wish I had checked Trustpilot beforehand.

Item was poor quality and took 3 weeks to arrive, Company website shows free returns, yet they wanted to charge me to send the item back to China, EBay sell the same seat for half the price, I would never buy anything from this online retailer again . Be aware this is a Chinese company and if you are unhappy with the product you have no choice to keep it as the cost of returning is very expensive. They did offer me a 30% refund which is very little on an expensive pair of boots. Do not order from them

Product really not as described

Product really not as described. Was meant to be a powerful rechargeable torch. What I got was a cheap looking torch which can take rechargeable batteries if you wish. No instructions at all and several bits which I have no idea what they’re for. Poor communication and took weeks and weeks to come. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a 4xl fishing suit

I ordered a 4xl fishing suit. when it finally arrived it was nowhere near a 4xl size.After getting in touch and offering to return the under sized suit,I was told not to return the suit but they would send another suit when I submitted my size,which I did.After ordering in August I'm still waiting.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I had tripled checked the reviews on here rather than trusting the reviews on the website. Spent circa £200 on a lumbar belt for my partner which was needed urgently (ordered in July and expecting dispatch within a few days). Had no email update on progress of order or delivery date, emailed and the customer service takes a while to get back. They said my order would be delivered ‘soon’, I chased again and asked for a refund as I had not received the good or received any delivery info. They sent a delivery link which shows the delivery company have been waiting to receive the good since the 1st of august (it’s now the 19th of august), I continue to ask for a refund and they say they can’t. I haven’t received the good and am requesting a refund (which I am entitled to) and I have had no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!
