Very happy customer
First of all we are very happy with the vanity unit! It looks great- and for a great price compared with all the mass produced stuff that is much less attractive to my mind. They painted in the colour we wanted and put on the handles we ordered for it and sent to their workshop. Delivery was well organised, and the couriers they used were extremely helpful and carried the unit carefuly up stairs in our newly refurbished house and waited patiently for me to unscrew all the packaging to check everything was intact/not scratched and it was fine.
Throughout BSF were very communicative and answered my calls and emails almost immediately and fully.
Highly recommend.

Good friendly and informative
My experience with Black Swan Furniture was overall very good. The person that dealt with me was friendly and informative. My enquires were dealt with nice and quickly. The delivery times were quite long but this was expected with the current covid situation. Will return if I need to furnish any other areas
