The service is very good and I have purchased from here before. The product itself, I feel, is well over priced for a piece plastic string is all I can describe it as, shame I cannot post a picture here, with delivery it cost more than £20. Someone's onto a good thing.

Hello Lee
Thank you for your continued support and for your kind comments about our service — we really appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the product. The Trustpilot review platform is primarily for feedback on our service, but we do of course take product feedback seriously as well. The item purchased is accurately described and shown in the product images, and it is designed specifically as a purpose-made cleaning accessory. We’ve sold many of these without issue, and they remain popular due to their effectiveness although yes the design is basic for sure..
That said, we understand value is subjective, and we always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns — we’re more than happy to help.
Kind regards,
Blackwood Outdoors Team
It fixes the problem I had.
Well the item works.
Its not A pice of junk that you through in the bin After looking at it, Because I have a Saber Tactical Rail fitted, my other connector is to short for me to get hold of
and fit, the exterlength of this one is great an works very well.
Michael.
