BladeHQ is who I order knives from. Always excellent customer service and the people there make sure you’re happy with your order. I accidentally left my code off because I was rushing to put my order in before my class came back from PE. And I forgot to put the code in. They did me a solid and shipped it to me anyway. That’s a great way to treat customers.

Great service!!

Great experience!!! As always, here at Blade HQ. I ordered a few knives because I wanted to know how they felt in hand and clipped to my pocket. Took a look, boxes then all back up (expert 1, btw, I'm loving my new LionSteel (M 390 blade steel) and hope it stays in my EDC slot for years to come. Much thanks!! :)

I ordered a knife, they sent it via the cheapest and worst delivery service FedEx, without a signature confirmation, without proof, the parcel simply didn't arrive anywhere, it doesn't exist, support refused to help me, shifted the blame
