Extremely friendly and helpful team. I have now used the team twice, once for a full survey when purchasing a house and once for a RICS probate valuation. Both were handled brilliantly, timely and efficiently and everything was explained clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They even sent me flowers after my parents both died suddenly. Amazing.

Gavin is a nice and professional surveyor while approachable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall service exceeded my expectations in every way. His report demonstrates a deep knowledge of his field, not only pointing out the issues, but also providing lots of knowledge grounds, e.g., graphical explanation of roof spread, floor and wall structure and wall ties used in different periods of time and their lifespans, etc. 100% recommend!

Great communication, the report was written really well and not excessive technical language, so that I could understand. Photos really helped as well.

Gavin responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and we were booked in for the survey for the following week.
He called me immediately after the survey as he said he would to allay any potential fears and also provided the survey within the agreed timeframe - from memory 2 working days.
He was also available for advice on two further occasions to answer some additional questions.
His pricing was competitive as well and as the firm is relatively small you felt well looked after.

Gavin came to survey the house I was selling. He was so friendly, and polite and knew straight away that I wanted him to survey the house I was buying. He looked at the house I was buying and gave me a quote there and then. He told me I only needed a level 2.
Whereas another surveyor said to go for level 3 which wasn't needed as the property is only 15 years old.
The whole process of filling in the forms was so easy and they had a digital signature. It took you to the payment process and again was so simple.
The report was easy to read and well-written. Gavin was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I highly recommend Gavin to do your survey.
