This company is criminal! They stole money from my credit card via setting up a fake PAYPAL account.

I have had to cancel my credit card and start again. They should be criminally charged.

Scam Alert. Parcel has been in transit for.more than 2 montjs

Ordered something on the 16th February 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived and when I asked them to contact the courier they use and copy me in with the email they refused to do it , asked for a refund and they are ignoring me. They are a scam !

They are scammers be warned. Goods will never arrive despite receiving tracking info and updates.

I ordered blue light glasses over 2 months ago. They keep telling me to be patient since the forwarder hasn't updated them regarding the tracking code. Loss of money for sure.

I think they are scammers using a scam logistics company. Ordered reading glasses via FB and foolishly thought it was safe as company based in the USA. Got prompt notifications about the package being dispatched and then they stopped when supposedly the package arrived in NZ. Weeks later when the package had still not been delivered, i email Tracking Hub with no response then go direct to Blanbutton with an instant response saying they will resend the package. No tracking info is sent and a week later when I ask for an update they just respond saying they haven’t heard from the delivery company and please can I be patient. Now I know they are scammers too!

I bought this robotic dog,cost me $54 and is the RUBBISH noting like advertised doesn’t worth even $2
And they don’t refund me.

If negative was an option that’s what I would give it for sure this company it’s a scam I ordered a Tarte under eye concealer and what I was sent was an offbrand lip tint. I asked for refund and the link they sent me doesn’t not work. They offered to give me back $3 …are you kidding me? Please do not buy from this site. They fake advertise it’s all a scam.

I had the worst shopping experience with this company. I ordered 2 Tarte under eye corrector, and I received 2 lip products. I sent many emails, and they kept saying that they sent me the right products. Do not buy anything from this company.

I received just 1 product out of 2, I wrote to the customer service who kept on asking me pictures of what I received (as this would have made sense somehow!) and kept on going back and forward without solving my problem up till it was too late to handle my request as I had reached the deadline for a refund. So I didn't get a refund nor the second missing product! A total scam!
Not fair, and also the quality of the concealer I got was terribly poor, it doesn't work at all!

I ordered a ‘realistic robot puppy’ which was supposed to be lifelike according to the video I watched when making purchase. Instead I received a 6inch toy that works with batteries and looks nothing like the real ‘thing’. Total scam. I have asked for a refund but I doubt if I ever get it.

Be carful this is a scam you order something and they send you something else worthless. I ordered two tarte concealer I get a fake Chinese cheek tint!!!

I just make an order and do not received an email confirmation of my order. I did call my bank and they told me this is a Chinese company and it doesn't look trustful at all. So everything is giving me signals that this is a SCAM!!! Where I can write to Blanbutton and see if the order I made is trustful at all??

They're copycat products at real prices; they can't be returned, and they charge a nominal fee when we complain. They're not serious at all, and it's dangerous to use these counterfeit products. Don't even visit that site because nothing is as they portray it.

If I could have I would have given them -1. They put a superb advert on Facebook and I bought it, 3 bras, it took over a month to come, and when it did I received 3 tatty zip lock bags with the product which was way too small for the size ordered and worse the quality and fit was total rubbish. I got the usual response, send us a photo etc etc so like many others on here, from other reviewers it sounds like I will have to write off my expense. My very last purchase via Facebook!

Totally SCAM! I wish to check that before already. They scam me same, translation earbuds I pay for but get some cheap regular earbuds

Packaging looks elegant and carefully designed which gives it a premium feel. Pleasantly surprised by how effective this product is; scent feels luxurious without overpowering, and skin visibly smoother after use. Got it at a bargain price, pretty satisfied with overall experience.

Found this purchase quite satisfying overall; quality feels reliable and enjoyable, seems fairly priced considering its benefits.

This company sends you the wrong product, then stalls trying to offer you half price. They want you to send back their product at your own expense. Do not purchase anything from these criminals.

They are Scan, I bought translator phones and waited more than a month and it never arrived. When I complained they sent me a fake tracking number, it belonged to someone else.
